Jeremiah 31:31-34
On a better covenant do we stand through Jesus Christ.
Not redeemed by the law but by it's statutes of love and faith.
We have been given power to enforce God's law in our own lives.
The anointing to do this lives in us.
The written law of God is useful and it does have the ability to transform a man's soul from the inside out.
Only when it is adhered to.
The law works when it is worked.
You may have the recipe for pound cake but without flour being added it will not be a pound cake.
You can't substitute sand for flour and come out with something edible.
You have to follow the recipe or your end result will not be cake.
The law is for man's benefit and it only works for those who follow it, cling to it.
Moses had the law but there was a statute that even he failed to cling to.
So you can carry a bible around, use it for work, have the ten commandments in your office, on your dash board, on a lapel or tie pin and still not adhere to them.
God knew this and so He made a way for men to not fail if they choose it.
I watched a man run a red light yesterday and a sheriff pulled right out after him, he was given a ticket because he didn't follow the law.
He lost money and now has a reputation via a record of breaking laws.
Losing wealth and gaining a reputation of not following something that is set up to protect you is not wise, it is not prosperous.
The job and purpose of the law is to inform, to give knowledge to man about:
How to please God.
How to obtain blessing.
How to obtain salvation.
How to obtain mercy and grace.
How to make your way prosperous.
How to have good success.
Knowledge of God's Will is how faith is developed.
Where the Will of God is known.
It's made known in His written record in printed form.
We are the legislative body called to first enforce it in our lives and then mirror it to the world.
Joshua 1:8 Expressly teaches us:
When this book of the law is the only thing that we speak and the only thing that we do then we make our way prosper and succeed.
We obtain God success.
When we transgress or violate the statutes of love, faith, forgiveness, mercy, grace, humility, praise, (thanks)and(giving) the law is broken down in our lives.
Then we don't prosper nor succeed as God would have us to.
Money is the lowest form of God success or prosperity.
It is God who gives us the power(ability and know how) to get wealth, He will show you what fish to go to that has your money in his mouth.
Jesus was successful and prosperous on a level greater than finances.
His anointing and character drew men with money unto Him.
The very statutes that redeemed us are what keep us.
The knowledge is now written on the hearts of many of us, we are the ark that carries the law and the spirit of God, He dwells within us.
Stewards of the law in our own lives.
Law enforcment.
God is not going to police and enforce the law in our lives, He has made us governing bodies, and stewards of grace through Jesus.
Jesus came and transferred authority not so we could boss one another around but so we could enforce the law in our selves.
You give strength to the statutes in your life.
Activate the statutes of God in your life today by following them and watch prosperity and success on a whole new level develop in your life and in the lives of those around you.
