I GOT DISTRACTED

2 Corinthians 4:4 AMPLIFIED VERSION

For the god (small case "g" satan) of this world has blinded the unbelievers' minds[that they should not discern the truth], preventing them from seeing the illuminating light of the Gospel of the glory of Christ ( the Messiah), Who is the image and likeness of God.

I heard a word on not being distracted, received the sermon with gladness and a shout, told other folks about it, and then went on to be distracted my self.

Immediately an agent was sent to turn me away from my task and I fell for it.

So now I have examined my ground and I have to take my weapon apart, clean it, and put it back together.
Because I allowed my self to get stole on.

LISTEN

There was something else that I was supposed to send out yesterday but I allowed something to distract me.

The Word goes on in 2 Corinthians 4:5 to say, that what we preach is not ourselves
but Jesus Christ as LORD...

I still stand on Hebrews 11:6

I want to say something to all who read this blog.

There is no reason for you to look at where you are right now in your life and not trust that if you diligently seek God through His Word and service that He will not change your life for the better.

Even if you mess up every now and then God is faithful when you are not.
Because He is faithful and He lives in the born again believer you have the ability to be faithful too.

Maybe I should be an editorial writer because I believe so many things are not being addressed in the worldly forums with honesty concerning Christ.

But the truth is rarely interviewed and invited to the traditional panel of discussion concerning God's true Will.

It puzzles me how folks will listen to a man who stands against God's people improving to point that they can be a provider and not a borrower, but you won't find those same smart mouth folks getting in the face of crooked politicians.

The critics who criticise anyone who upholds truth and God's way will set in the midst of liars and cheats.

What I want to say about liars is this:
The liar is a major tool of satan.

The Bible tells you that a liar imitates it's father the devil.
People look at me with their faces twisted up like I am stupid, if you walk in the counsel of the ungodly and a liar is ungodly, let me tell you your face will be permanently twisted.
Honey lying destroys families and relationships, it breaks down morale and morality, it keeps strife and confusion up.

Someone may have told you that you are blessed but blessed folks don't keep strife up.

Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly or sit in the seat of the scornful...
Psalm 1
Take a look at what swarms around and surrounds a liar and at some point those lies hang the person who has been spouting them.
They can't be trusted or depended on.

Open up your bible and meditate Psalm 1, go to Matthew 5 and see who Jesus says is blessed.

Learn from my mistake and meditate Mark 4 like I didn't after I heard the Word, I allowed it to slip and took my eyes off of what gave me.
Do you know that because I got distracted I don't even have in my memory what the LORD gave me to share yesterday morning?

It's gone and it was good too, but I can't remember it at all.

I allowed my self to be distracted.

Stay focused.
The LORD will give me more and this time I ain't letting anything draw my attention away from what God gives.

Some of you are hanging with people who are drawing your attention away from the best that God has for your life.
You know that you are and you think that you are so in control but if you are real about the LORD you won't put any man or woman before the Father.

You don't need to be worried about what I think and I am sure you don't so why do you care what they think above what God thinks?

Keep on thinking that the relationships with liars and fools are the ones that sustain you, you know it is the LORD and no one else that holds you up.

Distractions just delays in the road to blessing.

We are having a REDEEMED BY LOVE convention at my church this coming week June 16-June 19
with 9:00 am sessions and 7:00 pm sessions and it's free and we will have lovely guest speakers like Kenneth and Gloria Copeland, Jesse Duplantis, My Bishop Keith A. Butler, Dr. Creflo Dollar, Bishop George Davis, Bishop Kevin Wright, Rev. Mike Evans, Pastor Andre Butler.

All of these people called and prepared by God to speak a Word into your life that is guaranteed to heal your heart and show you how to be redeemed if you haven't been, to show you what your redemption means, to share a Word that will heal your broken heart and encourage you to run on and succeed in your heart for the LORD and your self.

Don't be distracted by anything or any opinion, come out to Word Of Faith International Christian Center on 9 mile and Evergreen in Southfield Michigan this coming week Tuesday thru Friday for as many sessions as you can make.

Come after Work because they will welcome you with love and pray for you and extend their hand and ministry to you.

I believe that their is a Special Word for those who press against odds and opinion to come out this week.

I'm talking to the ones who are fighting it and who say they would never come to this church because that is what I said years ago,"I ain't going in there"

But I did and it turned my life around for the better.
