A CONFIDENT WOMAN

LORD I LIFT THIS DAY AND THIS BLOG UP TO YOU.
Thanking you for your grace, peace and guidance.

What makes a woman confident?
What really makes a woman phenomenal?
Is it the reach of her arms and the span of her hips?
Is it the stride in her step and the curl in her lips?

No, it's this:
Being confident of this very thing, that because it is God that has begun a good work in me, He is well able to perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:6
This is where my self esteem comes from.

You might be shocked to know who deals with self esteem issues.
I know you may think it's just the fat girls, but I have run into more women who have hour glass figures and cute faces with more issues than any fat woman I have ever met.
I ain't saying the fat girls don't have issues too, I'm saying you can't judge a book by it's cover.
You have to open it up and read it.
Amen.

Don't allow circumstances to keep you from living out God's plan for your life.

All of my circumstances are wrapped up in the fact that what God has started in me,
He won't drop out of, or draw back from or get scared about, or get envious of, get offended at and run away from.

People will but my self worth is not attached to what people will do.

My confidence is grounded in one thing.
Not in what my hair looks like.
Not in what size my waist is.
Not in who I am married to.

Not in what group will allow me in.
Not in what my profession is.
Not in my outfit or the design of my shoe or bag.

Not in what I do have materially or what I do not have materially.
Not in who agrees with me.
Not in what other people think I should be doing or saying.

The root of my hope, boldness, courage, and faith is planted in the fact that what I do, God began it in me and He will bring it to pass.

This is not the time to depart from the Word and Way of God.
If there ever was a time for men and women to get over them selves, this is it.

We have an enemy.
We have an adversary.

His entire goal is to destroy our confidence.

To have us unhappy for one another and unhappy in our own minds towards our own life.

I'm speaking especially to women today.
Our self esteem can be wrapped up in all sorts of things that have nothing to do with our Lord and this should not be.

This used to be a problem for me because I used to have a low opinion of my self before the Word Of God showed me who I am In Christ Jesus.

I lived feeling left out, just where hell wanted me to be, feeling low so I couldn't lift someone else out and up.
I allowed the enemy to steal my confidence with words because I hadn't learned to build my self up with any of God's Words to cast down what the devil was suggesting.

It ain't just a talk, it's a walk honey!

I notice that women in particular who have a low opinion of them selves use words to pull other women down where they are.
Misery loves company.
Men do it it too.
I'm talking to women today.

A woman of God is a force in God's Kingdom that has the ability to build.
So I'm talking to builders today.
I'm talking to women who really want to live for God.

Ain't no future in frontin'

Any woman who is not quick to get past a thing has some confidence issues.
She is not walking in faith and she is not trusting that God will handle what He promised He would handle.

This is why we need God's Word so that we spend more time with Him learning, that regardless of the problem, the issue, the argument, if what we are doing is trusting God everything else will be handled.

I want you to be careful what circle you travel in, don't be used to express some other woman's low self esteem.
Don't allow someone else and their issues to come in and crowd out your confidence.

Say:
My circumstances are not wrapped up in what pleases or impresses man, but they are clothed in my faith in God.

My self esteem is bound in the Lord being my light and my salvation.

If you lack self esteem, the Lord Jesus is the only One who can give it to you.
He wants you to come to Him and receive His confidence and His boldness.
His assurance forever.

This boldness is not for cussing folks out but for lifting them out from the path of the destroyer.
A confident woman goes boldly to the throne of grace to obtain mercy for others and for her self in the time of need.

Someone who their confidence is destroyed seeks to deflate other women.
A confident woman can receive correction.

A confident woman forgives easily.

She has insight into her existence In Christ.

Of this one thing she is confident, that God will complete what He started.

LOVE
