GOOD GOD!

GOD IS A FRUITFUL GOD.

OUR GOD IS A PRODUCING GOD.

OUR GOD IS AN ACTION TAKING GOD.

He didn't just love us and leave us.

I want to thank Him for His mercy, compassion, grace, long suffering, gentle love.

Father, you could have loved us and left us like men do, but you didn't.
You came out after us like a shepherd would.

Genesis 1:26-28
This never gets old we should turn to it every day.

26 And God said, let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

Verse 31 says that God saw everything that He had made, and behold, it was very good...

Every thing that God formed and fashioned is good.
Every thing that God made is good.

God has blessed us all and some have understood this process more than others like King David
Who understood that all of his success from the lion , the bear, Goliath, being delivered out of the hand of Saul, to the throne of Israel was because God had blessed him.

But even David had a time when the Bible says that he despised the Word of the LORD, and did evil in the sight of God.

David was anointed to do what God called him to do and he did it well and then there was a time when chose his own thang and because he did he suffered the consequences of his actions.
I read this morning about how his son Absalom came to his demise but then the LORD lead me back in the scriptures to see how it came about.

The trouble with Absalom came about through a choice that David had made.
Nathan the prophet came down and spoke to David and in 2 Samuel 12:11 tells him:
Thus saith the LORD, Behold I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house...

What man wants to have to kill their own son?
No man does.
Only God who is not a man willingly paid the price with His Son's death to spare the lives of many.
Abraham was an example of things to come by demonstrating the faith of God with Isaac.

God saw his heart and Isaac was spared.
Abraham did what God asked him to do.

This is not to produce guilt it's to produce hope.
Because David was quick to repent, he was humble and worshipped God he was forgiven of God and blessed with another son, Solomon.

Now, be ye David or Absalom God only wants the best for you both.
The Father doesn't produce any bad thing.
When he made you he saw that you were good.
Be what He made you to be.
He loves us and He left His Word and sent His Son as proof.

Father forgives us freely when we come to Him.
We have an advocate In our LORD Jesus Christ.
You don't have to lose anything because you can look at these Words in the book and learn from them.

He comes out after us all because He loves us.
The Lord knows how to deliver the righteous out of temptation.

1John 2:13,14, 18, 19; John 3:15-21 ; 2 Peter 1:2-8; 2 Samuel 12
Love will never neglect to stir you up and bring these things to remembrance.
