JOY! JOY! JOY!
Using what He has given me for His Glory!
And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Psalm 9:10
His Name is Jesus Christ and He is the free gift of God to man.
Jesus Christ is the asset that outweighs and is greater than every debt.
Amen.
I heard Joyce Meyer talking about a mirage yesterday and it was so funny how she demonstrated it but her point was so true.
She talked about us believing that the grass is greener on the other side.
I didn't see the whole message because I had to pray and prepare for today.
In my prayer time the Lord said this:
Preach the Word
Preach The Kingdom Of God
Preach Christ Crucified
Preach the Good News
Preach The Gospel
We must look at what Jesus preached and how He likened things to the kingdom of God.
Being in the Will of God would be if you are given the assignment to be preaching the good news, which is Christ, you would be preaching Christ.
Being disobedient or out of the Will of God which is a phrase used often in the church today by those who don't recognize their own unbelief.
When disobedience would be not proclaiming Christ but proclaiming our own merit.
But if you have been distracted by something that someone else is doing that looks good and looks God, you might run to that and begin to start proclaiming it as the way.
A Mirage
It looks like beautiful flowing water falls, prosperous.
And you run over to it and it's just dirt.
Like the fig tree that Jesus commanded to dry up at the root.
Selah.
And He took the bread, and gave thanks, and brake it, and gave unto them saying,
This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me.
(Recalling what Jesus has done.)
Likewise also the cup after supper, saying,
This cup is the new testament in my blood, which is shed for you.
Luke 22:19
The new covenant.
So we partake of the Lord's Supper, recalling that His body was given for our bodies, that His blood was shed for our blood.
That we have a right hand pledge with the blood of Jesus
That Christ Jesus was put in the depths of hell for us and He rose for us.
Those who do partake of this table have received Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Therefore they have been made righteous.
What is the fate of the righteous?
Is the fate of the righteous to be without?
Is it to be cast down and destroyed?
Is the fate of the righteous to be in the pit and forsaken of God?
No
2 Corinthians 4:6-9
King David said,
I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.
Psalm 37:25
The wicked say what is contrary.
The wicked will say that you will be forsaken, But God said,
I WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU OR FORSAKE YOU.
Hebrews 13:5,6
Jesus said,
....I am with you always...
You have to know what Jesus said so that when any principle is raised against it, you can recall what Jesus said.
Understanding what the Lord's body represents for you.
We Big Kids Now.
Consider these things.
Job 20
Job 21
Love Y'all
