FEAR NOT!

Father we thank You for first loving us.
Amen.

The LORD is my light and my salvation:
whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength
of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalm 27:1,2
That's what King David asked.

Now you ask your self that same question, what is big enough to box with God?
Is there a sickness or a circumstance that can overcome the GOD who called light into being?
No there isn't.

The LORD Jesus instructed His people not to fear.

The LORD said, "Fear not little flock..."
The Lord taught us in His Word to not worry about anything because our Father who is in heaven knows what we have need for.

The LORD told us Not to fear them which kill the body, but are Not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

The LORD is a strong tower, the righteous run into and they are saved.

The LORD knows how to deliver the righteous out of any and everything.

When you see the word fear understand that it doesn't have to mean be afraid of.
It means give reverence and honor to.
Give heed to and pay strict attention to.

Now some things that we choose to give reverence to, give heed to and pay strict attention and honor can be things that frighten us or they can be things that give us courage and peace.

FOCUS

Because The LORD God is not scary and He's not afraid like some of the people who profess to follow Him are.
He is just , righteous and holy.

You don't have to get all uptight when you are a believer all you have to do is say,
"LORD Your Will be done in earth as it is in heaven!

That's it.
There is no violence in heaven,
There is no fear in heaven.
There is no lack in heaven.
There is no confusion in heaven.
No disease in heaven.

Understand?

The LORD'S Will will be done.

I know that many have heard a lot about The Grace of God lately and some are confused about it and may not understand it but that is going to change.

It is the goodness of God that leads men to turn to Him.

That being said.
No man is righteous on his own apart from the blood of Christ Jesus.
Many may think that their years of hard work or their education and affiliations are what make them righteous but they will soon see it's all dung.

It won't matter how many back packs you pack and give out, how many community benefits you sponsor, how many dinners you cook or pies you bake, how many things you donate or houses you build, or the amount of money you give.

Apart from you receiving Christ as your LORD and Saviour and trusting that it is by Him and Him alone that you are in right standing with God, all that work is in vain where God is concerned.
Many have elected them selves as the refining fire commission.

But The LORD will be refining the work of all men.

So in order to win souls and witness to people this is something that the soul winner must know.
You must know that it was by one man's disobedience that all men became sinner's and that it was by one man's obedience that all can come to be made righteous.
Romans 5:17

Stop trying to make people feel ashamed and guilty, Jesus didn't even do that.
Know what Jesus did when He ministered to the hurting and the lost before you start popping your chops.
Amen.

John 3:16, 17 Christ Jesus teaches:
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved.

Righteousness
So you know Romans 10:8,9,10
You have believed it in your heart and confessed it with your mouth, now what?

You have been made righteous.

Whosoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us,( as described in John 3:16,17)
God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

Love will always represent peace, truth and grace.
It will be easily received you won't have to force it down their throats they will open wide to receive it.

I'm not talking itching ear preaching either like "We can do all things through Christ which strengthens us." Even if we are acting nasty and holding onto bitterness and contempt?

You can't do all things through Christ if you ain't doing it the way Christ does it.

This is why we must understand grace and God's love and our love must mature.
So that in the day of judgment we can have boldness: because as Jesus is, so are we in this world.

There is no fear in love; but perfect love ( The Agape God kind of Love) casts out fear.
This is why Jesus said that we could hang the whole law and the prophets on this command that He had given us.
The kind of love that is grace centered, a love that while we were yet in our transgressions, all of us, and sins, Christ died for us.

The Father blessed us by shedding His love upon us and we were not deserving of anything but punishment, it's a blessing to receive mercy and long suffering grace.
Receive it today.
Romans 5:8
So the perception of God is twisted when we see Him as scary or hateful or the cause of disease, disaster or even as standing around and doing nothing about all of the bad things that happen in the world.

Why?
Because love casts out fear.

Why would God cast out fear?
Because fear has torment.

If you knew Him you would know that His hearts desire is that we not live in fear and torment.
That is why He sent His Son so that we could live free of the fear of punishment and torment because Jesus suffered it for us.

People will preach curses upon you trying to get you to take the place of Jesus, you can't take the place of Jesus.
Your blood is as of calves and bulls it's not acceptable in the sight of God.
Hebrews 9:13,14

Your works are of no value apart from Christ, our deeds are a result of knowing and receiving God's grace, they don't make Him love us any more or any less.

I know that may be a shock, but can you love your children less if they don't take out the trash?
I can't.
I can't love my children any more or any less than I do right now, with my whole entire heart.

That is how The Father feels about us.
FEAR NOT!

Whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, our faith.
Who is it that overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

This is the work.
That we believe on the One whom He sent.
John 6:29

Now if you are in a place right now I don't know where in the world where the government may be a mess or the weather may be threatening, or war may be at your door, or hunger and the economy is down, unrighteousness may be abounding, I want you to trust God.

He knows how to preserve His people.
Many are the afflictions of the righteous but the LORD delivers them out of them all.

Fear begs God but faith in His grace thanks Him for what He has done.

Consider these words of Grace and Truth today:

Psalm 27: 1-5

LOVE Y'ALL
