Every time the Pharisees and the religious community tried to discredit Jesus Christ, The LORD proved even more adamantly who He was.

I have been reading over the letter that Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. wrote from the Birmingham jail in a response to clergy, (men who claimed to be Christians).
I have been teaching my children about what corresponding action really means by teaching them more about Dr. King who actually stood for righteousness.

Do you know how men couldn't do what God told them to do?
How it was that they continued to do what God was opposed to?
Because they had never heard from God.

You don't know God when you believe that capitalism, racism, and any "ism" is God's Will.

You haven't heard from God because you have allowed some salesman to indoctrinate you with methods, tactics, rituals and routines, so you follow the methods, tactics and rituals instead of what God has said.
James 1:19-27

Had these men kept them selves from being polluted by the world?
Had they looked intently into the perfect law that gives freedom?

They listened to the Word and forgot it, they hadn't heard it.

What good is it if a man claims to have faith but sees another man starving, mistreated, beaten, living in poverty and does nothing to stand against it?

When did you see Jesus hungry and without decent housing, clean water, a decent education, decent health care or an equal opportunity?

When did you see a dollar from every purchase going to every other cause but to the causes of those that most hold the heart of God?

I have learned from the example of Jesus Himself in John chapter 8 how to ignore ignorance.
I learned from Dr. King that it's not always necessary to entertain an accusation, yet there is a time when truth must speak.

I have learned that arrogance is not anointing.
I have learned that the proverbs are not the wisdom of Solomon but they are the Wisdom of God.
That you can hold the book in your hand and know nothing of what is written.

I listened to a man of God preach about our Constitution and the Bill Of Rights and I looked at how in Dr. King's day it wasn't being adhered to, it was ignored by those who claimed to be God fearing faith folk.
Comparing the letter that was written to what was actually happening.

I understand that when you found anything on the Word of God that you have founded it on something solid that will not fail.
But when you don't follow what is written is when the problem comes in.

Many believe that they are not the sin that is bringing the reproach.
Abraham believed that lying about who Sarah was, saying that she was his sister would be alright.
Yet it caused reproach to come upon the house of the man to which he lied to.
The father of faith brought reproach to a house.

As I studied Dr. King's letter I began to understand how much our God is not a God of war.
John 10:10
That war began with Cain and Able.

The LORD showed me why King David could not build His temple.
God is opposed to sin in every form, and murder is sin.
Hate is murder.

The Father showed me how the battle is won because it is His battle against wickedness and our fight is to believe that Jesus Christ finished it.

That it is God Himself who cuts off our enemies and makes our name great.
I began to see how God will stretch out His arm when evil approaches that which He has ordained and blessed.

The Word Of God is The Constitution and The Bill Of Rights for The Righteous.

The Spirit of God says to compare it with what is happening in the natural.

Compare it to what was written in the American Constitution and Bill Of Rights to what was happening when Dr. King lived and preached and taught.

We The People.

Compare our nation with the time in which Solomon built bigger barns and received much gifts and money, when the proverbs them selves teach that you don't give a wealthy man money.
Look at how the people rebelled against Solomon's son for the yoke that was placed on their necks.

It didn't come from God.
Oh they that love wealth will narrowly escape.
Study out 2 Chronicles 9, 10, 11
See how greed and pride rejected the advice that came from God.

You have been taught of how magnificent Solomon's riches were and taught that his problem was only that he turned to women and other God's.
But Solomon had long turned from God when he began to hoard riches for him self.

His government was a shadow of governments to come.

It didn't begin with Barack Obama.

You can go all the way back to the early 80's, 70's, 60's, 1776 and even further.

It will begin with the shepherds, the sheep and then the sinner.

Arrogance is not anointing.

You gonna love one and hate the other.
