THE ENVIRONMENT

Mercy and truth preserve the king: and his throne is established by mercy.

Thank You Father.

You go ahead and thank God for His mercy as well.
Because if it had not been for God in all of His mercy and the brand new mercies that He provides daily you would be long scratched out by the devil, but all glory be to God, The Father continues to give you and I an opportunity.

Thank You LORD for the lesson.

There was a time when I used to serve in the children's church and I remember an instance when one of the women that I served with being called into the minister's office and corrected by one of the minister's for being "mean".

The reason that I know this happened was because after she was spoken to about her behavior she came back to the room and talked about it.
I know that it was done in love so I'm not speaking against the correction.

After she spoke about what happened, I said to her with a laugh and a hug,
"Stop being mean then, and that will solve everything. :)"

It was never my experience to be called in by one of the ministers and given a warning or reprimand for any complaints or behaviour problems.
The only time that I was called into the office before the minister's was to be issued an apology.

So I don't know what this particular sister may have felt like having to be corrected or addressed for an accusation made against her.
But we laughed about it.
What she didn't do was go on to hold it in her heart and let it harden her and make her bitter, she kept doing what God told her to do and did it well.

Everyone at some point in their life has to receive correction but most people are opposed to it.
It just cripples some folks self esteem or bruises their ego.
I believe if we have been constantly told they we aren't good enough somewhere else in life it creates a struggle when we are corrected.

Pride can be a culprit as well that is why The Father calls for us to be humble, because humble can flow with correction.
The Father gives more grace to that spirit of humility.
James 4:6

Nobody ever wants to be told that they are wrong or have made a mistake but the reality is that we all make mistakes and we all have been and can be wrong.

So it is a needful thing to have your life and esteem In Christ, so that when correction comes whether it be needed or not you can roll with it.

Because it is coming.
This is real.
The Bible teaches that only fools hate instruction.

Correction is good because according to God He only corrects those whom He loves.
If we don't know that or believe that, we have problems.

A myth perpetuated in the minds of men is that there are levels where correction is no longer necessary.
The only 3 who will not and need not be corrected are God The Father, God The Son and God The Holy Spirit.

Anyone below this will need correction.
Proverbs 15:5,10,12

I thank God for His Word because it is filled with correction.
Jesus actually came to provide correction, He is the light.
Any who hate the light won't come to it because their deeds don't reflect light.

Repentance is correction, it's changing the way that we think about sin.
It's changing the way that we think about God from myth's to the truth.
It corrects the way we think about Christ.

It's when we understand sin is sin and against God and stop condoning it as something else, that we stand corrected.

It's also when we understand what Christ has done about sin that helps men to stand corrected and stop preaching condemnation.

But the environment for that change has to be created.
It is created when the sower sows the Word.

Just like the enemy has created the environment for a lie to incubate and thrive in, we must create a habitat for the light of the gospel truth to live and grow in.

Let me give you a real life example.

You have a talk show host who can create the environment for their theory, fear or lie to thrive by inviting everyone who supports their theory to a public discussion.
All people don't necessarily believe fully what the host believes but they admire the host's position and the effort the host puts behind their campaign.

They don't know that what they support is what they serve.
This applies everywhere.

In the church and outside of it.
If you support a lie of any kind that's what you serve.

Let's talk about the campaign.
Say you wanted the support of all of your co-workers against one particular co-worker because they rubbed you the wrong way or they witnessed you slacking off on the job.
Instead of you just doing what you are supposed to do which is get your act together, you get angry.

Now angry, you want to retaliate and hold a grudge and get revenge, get even and hinder them.
I'm praying for you because this stuff creates disease.
Romans 12:19-21

I know some of you have had this experience.
Instead of getting over it and doing what you are supposed to do, you begin this smear campaign.

How do you do that?
By getting other folks to agree with you, whether you are wrong or right.
Preaching a convention against them.
Whenever you feed a fire it won't go out.
So you go around planting seeds.

Wise folks should wonder, why are you telling me this stuff?
What do I have to do with this person who has not done anything to me?
But your goal is to convince them that your enemy is their enemy and they pose the same threat to them as they do to you.

Hear what I'm saying because this is the lie that has been perpetuated against our Father in heaven by saying that it is He that comes to kill, steal and destroy.
John 10:10, John 3:16,17

I had this happen to me at work once, a young lady did something that was not right and I told her in private and she wasn't used to that, it hurt her feelings and so she went on to tell all of her friends and I became the villain and she became the victim.

The reason that she was even given the suggestion was because she came into my office asking for my help.
She walked past 3 people to who were doing nothing and asked me to help her.
Because she either she couldn't depend on them or they had already refused to help.

She wasn't yelled at, she wasn't disrespected, she was asked a question and then given a suggestion as to what could have been done better.
It was solid advice because her way could have gotten her reprimanded by a client's complaint.

I did get up and help her and helped to prevent the client's wife from issuing a complaint against the department.
But some folks don't believe that they should even be questioned.
Because that type of environment has been created for them and that's what they incubate in.

Understand?
Pray for people.

I got over it and believed it was done, but she didn't.
One of the reasons she behaved this way was because of immaturity and because there was someone else behind keeping the two of us separate, stoking the fire.

The fire stoker had an agenda and believed that if they can succeed in keeping us separate they can control what folks believe about them the "fire stoker".
LORD HELP FOLKS.

Let me help anyone who is doing this manipulation thing.
Most people are not totally stupid, they know what type of person you are.
Just like you believe that you have everyone elses number, please don't allow the devil to trick you into believing that no one has yours?

An environment can been created in a workplace that breeds dishonesty.
So this young lady was later told that I had called her stupid.
Which was a lie but she chose to believe it based on someone elses insecurity joining up with her own.
Proverbs 10:10,18

I still work in the same area with her today and we are cordial but we are not the same, she is still being influenced by someone elses opinon.
I pray that she examines what really happened.

Your friends are not your friends when they will not tell you the truth.
Liars are afraid that the truth will be told so they create an atmosphere where it is difficult for it to be told.

Pitting folks against one another never being the bridge for unity.
Never acknowledging their part or any wrong.
Never taking responsibility for their own actions.
Denying all charges.

Doing everything to point away from their part.
Using "the pot calling the kettle black" as their excuse.
These type of folks won't repent of anything, they will never admit to any wrong, they deceive them selves. they have been lying so long they believe their own lie.

The works that prevent the truth from being known are rampant in every area of our society.

Like some of the celebrities, politicians, radio personalities, and even Christians when they broadcast their opinion that considers homosexuality to be a birth defect instead of sin it creates an environment that hinders the homosexual man or woman from coming to God.

When men or women call wrong right.

When people of God excuse lying, a haughty tongue, and evil heart as if it is not a sin, they create an environment that hinders men and women of God from repenting and truly returning to God.

Once the Will of God is made known to you, you now have the opportunity to decide if you want to please God.

Repentance is changing your mind about sin by recognizing it as being sin and against God's Will and you now wanting to honor God's Will.
No man's sin is special or has a special pass.

Proverbs 13:5

If you won't believe that sin is sin you won't believe that you have to repent of it.
That is for everybody including the messenger.

There is no 1John 1:9b apart from 1John 1:8,9a

God's Grace brings the truth because it is the truth that makes a man free.
This is why darkness doesn't like it.
No man has to stay in sin unless he wants to.

Christ came for that very reason to destroy the works of sin in the life of those who will believe on His Name.

I never write to condemn or grieve you because that is not why Jesus came.
Christ didn't come to create an atmosphere of strife, bitterness, lies and twisted greed and evil speaking.

The LORD came to eradicate those things.

I write so that you can repent and receive Jesus Christ and be born again not of a corruptible mind that goes around planting corruption in the way of twisted thinking and teaching, but that you have the seed of God's Word to sow that creates the habitat for faith, love and life to thrive in.


The truth of The Word will bless you and others providing rest and peace.
I pray in The Authority of Jesus that you receive this today.
