A SANCTUARY

THANK YOU FATHER.

The Lord's way is a sanctuary.

It's not a building, it's glorifying God in body and in Spirit.

I've learned a little more about self control and I have learned that just as much as we are instructed to flee fornication we are instructed to flee anything that would put us in a position of regret.

Anything that would place us in the position as to where we are owing apologies all of the time.

Being quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to wrath.
Have you guys seen the phone commercial where everyone in the office is at the Taco Bar set up for the employees and one guy shows up angry complaining because he thought that he wasn't invited?

He went on to say all sorts of horrible things without allowing anyone else to speak only to have his phone buzz with the same invite that everyone else had received.

He stood there in a position to not simply owe no man anything but to love him, but in a place where he owed everyone in the group an apology.

It was his lame and slow phone service that caused him to go on a rant and jump to conclusions.

The thought that he was left out of something disturbed him.

I want you to know that God has not forgotten to invite you to come and eat with Him.
That He sent the invite in and through His Son a long time ago.
John 3:16,17

Don't allow anything to keep you from showing up.
There may be things that you believe you owe God but all you owe has been paid in full through the blood of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ.

We were all debtors until Christ came, come and learn of Him and His love for you and find sanctuary.

Luke 7:36-50

Think on these things because they will bring peace and rest as you trust God to lead and guide you in the way that you should go.
