THANK YOU FATHER.
FAITH, IT'S NOT A BLIND LEAP.

Saving Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen and it only comes by hearing and understanding the Word of God where Christ is concerned.
What is it that we hope for and need to be convinced of?
That Jesus Christ is who The Word prophesied He is and that Christ has done what the Word says He has done and He will do what the Word says He will do.

Do we need to be concerned with what someone else has?
No
We need to be assured that if we as individuals have confessed Christ Jesus as LORD and Saviour our righteousness is sealed and settled in Him no matter what.
Faith is about the eternal security of our souls.

I know there are some who say, "Okay we get it now, lets move on to the next step."
You really don't get it and there will be no brushing past this to capitalize on the ignorance of others.

This is for my friends, family and loved ones, you will not be ignorant.

The God life is knowing that God has supplied everything that pertains to living godly In The Blood of Jesus Christ, so faith is not some egg that we sit on waiting for it to hatch and little gifts come running out.

Hard work and determination do not equal saving faith it equals work.
And if you work hard you can achieve materials and notoriety but there is no work that you can do that will produce you justified before God.
For this we have to believe on the Name of His Son.
John 6:29

I believe in working hard because the Word teaches that a man should work with his hands and it is written that God wants us to enjoy the work of our labour.
Where my salvation is concerned I know that Christ finished that work because it is written that He did.
This is the foundation of my faith, it's built on a solid rock.

Slickness has made faith without works a means to bind folks.
Faith without works is dead means that your faith is dead if it hasn't been tried by the enemy.
How do you know if you have faith if it isn't tried?
So don't be all shook up at the fiery trial that comes like you don't have a clue as to why it's there.
It's here to do the same thing that it did to your LORD.

How would Mary and Martha and those who grieved Lazarus have developed faith if Lazarus had lived?
Faith has to be tried.

If Pharaoh isn't behind you with the sea in front of you how will you develop faith?

What kind of God would watch us be without help, backed into a corner and say, I wish you well; hope you can swim," but does nothing to help our need, what good is a God like that?

Faith doesn't mean blind leaps.
God is not the one trying our faith, God is the one increasing our faith by His Word and His deeds.
Our faith would be dead if Christ had not died and rose again for us.
But our faith is alive In Christ.

When we In Christ speak of faith we are speaking of our response to what Christ has done for us.
Poke me in the side and I know Christ is sufficient for me.
The response is we trust that we are saved In Jesus no matter the economic or social station we are presently in.

Faith means that we trust God no matter the temptation that is presented.
Faith means that when we mess up, we trust God.
Faith means when I ain't popular I trust God and write what he says to write and do what He says to do.
Faith means when everyone under the sun isn't licking our boots, we don't try and crush and condemn them, we trust God.

The response is that God has given us everything that pertains to life and godliness in His Son.
Faith is not simply something that you use to manipulate yourself from a mud hut to a penthouse.

The abundant life, the God life is not something that the world system has, but false teachers have latched on to the world system like leeches and incorporated the way of the world into their doctrine.

The abundant life is not apparent to the naked eye through materials, alliances, fame or even etiquette.

Because a whole lot of folks are polite, famous, wealthy even preach and coach yet I have heard some of the polite speak of blowing the head off of folks, cut throat talking about love.

Pyramid scheme thieves have money but they don't have the assurance that is In Christ.
So our measure of belief In Christ Jesus cannot be measured by what the eye can see.
We walk by faith not by sight applies here.

For example you can be a billionaire and possess all that money can buy. You may have influence, the crowd, be charitable, yet not be pleasing God in any area.

You may be able to employ hundreds or thousands and believe that there is no way that you are not pleasing God because you have so much going for you, your pride will ask, "How could I not be pleasing Him with all that I have?"
Most plotiticians can be the poster children for this.
Yes I meant plotiticians because your motive isn't about people, your motive is you.

Let's look and learn how this is possible.

What is it that pleases God?
Because it's not simply believing in your self or your idea or another mans idea.
I know corporate thinking teaches this and I am sure that may be pleasing to many when they are highly esteemed, but we want to understand what is pleasing to God The Father and our LORD Jesus.

How do we highly esteem The LORD?

The Bible teaches that without faith it is impossible to please God.
Where is that faith to be placed?
Not placed in our theory.
Faith has been so twisted that people no longer understand it's meaning at all.
Paul wrote this same thing to Timothy of how many had erred from the faith.
1Timothy 6

Many believe that preaching Grace and the Law of Liberty as opposed to the law of Moses is turning from the faith.
But when men turned from Jesus as the saving faith to a faith in what you can do with what you know and others don't, the world system honored that one and false teaching entered in.

We want to be clear about the Faith God honors.
I am not talking about religion.

You can have a man who has received Christ through true saving faith based in hearing the gospel of what Christ has done. This means that he understands that Christ has provided life eternal and it is not based in his circumstances.
This man also understands that it doesn't necessarily mean moving from a mud hut to a penthouse.
Yes.
This way he is not on a hamster wheel trying to earn something that God has given him.

If this man never moves from that mud hut for the rest of his days yet he believes without a doubt that Christ has provided the abundant life for him in that he is made righteous with God, this man is pleasing to God.

But a man who doesn't know this will turn to using others, abusing others, stealing from others to obtain what he believes is his through faith.
This is the man who received Christ based in an emotional experience or envying and coveting what someone else had.
A man who simply comes for fear, guilt or greed.

It is so ironic how people who preach that you shouldn't make decisions based in emotions have a sales pitch that is geared directly towards your emotions.

Think about the appeal.
These very folk get emotional enough to chew nails, sweat, scream, spit and scheme.
They who come in by their emotions will exit by them.
Jesus said a man who lives by the weapons of the flesh will die by them.

Our weapons are not carnal but mighty through who?
Through God not through anything else.
Faith is a fruit of God's Spirit not an emotion.
Faith is trusting God even if your circumstances don't change outwardly where men can measure them.
The enemy wants to keep you focused on your circumstances.

The devil tells you that you don't know how, that you aren't qualified or connected all the while trying to capitalize on what you are supposed to be lacking.

Babies it's The Father who qualifies.

Faith means that even in the mud hut you can't refocus me from what Christ has done for me to focusing on the mud hut.

Listen friends and understand this.

This is what the subtle one did to Eve, he refocused her attention away from her God and all that The Father had already given and taught her.
The serpent suggested that she didn't have what it takes.

Do you know why he did that?
Because that buster knew what that girl had.
Do you know what you have In Christ Jesus?

King Solomon didn't ask for castles, fame, a leadership position or note with celebrity, he asked to understand the God of his father.
Everything else was added.

This is why I ask you about the appeal.
What is it that distracts you from the true faith and has appealed to some false sense of lack?
Deceitfulness suffocates the Word and strips it of it's seed.

Fruitful is not limited to material.

Fruitful is believing God in Christ, in the mud hut even if the mud hut is where you draw your last breath.

Driving it out.
