Do any of you guys know what a scribe was in the early church?
A scribe was defined as one who was well versed and taught in the law of Moses, educated in the Sanhedrin.
Scholars of a sort, but when The LORD Jesus came He defined the law.
Many refused to receive what The Lord Jesus was saying and He had issue with most of the religious group because they exalted them selves above His Word.
Many times when the LORD taught in the temple His teaching was to correct their assumption.
Because the scribes had begun to add to the law their own philosophy to the detriment of it's use.
We know because it is written the law is good when it is used lawfully.
The reason that I opened up with this question about the scribes and how Jesus dealt with them is because we have modern day scribes.
Those who refuse to receive Christ as the fulfilling and completion of the law.
Jesus is the completion.
The Word of God admonishes us to not be deceived through hollow and deceptive doctrines of men, thinking and ways that they have copied from the Babylonian system.
The Apostle Paul wrote saying since you have received Christ Jesus as LORD walk in that security rooted, built up and established in Christ Jesus by faith.

Paul said, Do not allow anyone to judge you concerning religious traditions, but all of your salvation is of Christ.
Something else is being taught other than Christ being sufficient.
You who have been taught that you will judge the world need to understand what that means. You have to look at how the world is run and decide if you want to operate like that.
You think that it's limited to hollywood and it has not transcended into the government and the church.
You believe that Jesus has handed you a bag full of rocks and said, "Okay now holy ones when you see a woman caught in the act of sin, fire!
Really?
You don't know Him.
Look at the woman caught in the act of adultery and learn about our LORD.
Don't be confused about where the wrath of God will be issued.
I don't speak of a sugary sweet gospel and I have not perverted or misunderstood the love of God to mean that nothing is required of man.
I know what is required because it is written and Jesus said of The Father to believe on the One who He has sent.
Double teaching produces men like Rob Bell who is completely confused.
You think that I am not walking in love because I speak this truth and you want me to dry up and blow away because your own deeds are dark.
But I love you and this is why I am speaking to you about it.
The wind and the waves obey Jesus but men who claim to be mighty won't.
I recently had a difference of opinions with a woman and our difference of opinion limited our social contact. While we work in the same building we no longer have long conversations as we had in the past.
Our relationship is based in our difference of belief.
LISTEN
Because there are reasons that are justified and written in scripture to depart company from other people.
Two cannot walk together unless they agree.
You may have heard that it is a sin and a curse to depart company but God says something different.
When the Bible says that if they were of us they would have stayed with us.
It means that if they were of Christ they would have continued to preach Christ's New Covenant and not departed to teaching their own doctrine.
I cannot walk with any who say that immorality is limited to abortion, same sex marriage and pornography and believe that what republicans and big business do is not immoral when the Bible clearly says that it is immoral.
I cannot walk with any who steal and twist the truth.
I cannot walk with any who have built their teaching on what Darby said and not on what Christ has established.
That is Anti Christ.
Prophesy is written to the churches because judgment will begin there.
Study it out because the whore of Babylon is not me or any other woman it is a system that spread it's legs for money and that ain't me honey.
Revelation 17 and 18 That book is not written to the lost that book is written to the churches who got in bed with the politicians and big business.
When you want to quote Jeremiah know all that Jeremiah said and understand it.
Oh Yes, I said it.
The woman who I had the disagreement with says that she is a Christian, I have no way of proving what she is neither does she have any way of proving that I am In Christ.
This is another lesson that needs be established, testing the spirit of man is done by if He trusts in Christ risen or the law of Moses.
I can't claim to know this woman's heart based on her behaviour I can know what she has said.
What I do know is that our understanding of what makes a man righteous before God differs.
This is a major problem.
After a time of only greeting one another in kind she came up to me and wrapped her arms around me saying that she was ending this now, because we both want to get into heaven.
She had heard some teaching that says she wouldn't get into heaven and her prayers wouldn't be answered if she didn't do this.
People, please find out what Jesus said about those who have placed their trust in Him and stop allowing others to put this burden of fear on you to manipulate you.
She was told that I was her unfinished business and if she didn't fix it with me her prayers would be at a halt and she wouldn't get into the kingdom.
I hugged her back and asked what she was talking about, I am going to heaven.
She said no one knows where they are going.
I replied laughing, "I beg to differ, I don't know where you are going because no man knows but God and the man, but I know for a certainty where I am going."
She was offended and asked, "Are you saying, you are going to heaven and I am not?"
I said, "Please don't put words in my mouth, I am not saying that you are not going because I don't know what you have believed but I do know In whom I have believed."
Faith knows.
Too many people who have not the knowledge of God believe that they have the gift of discernment and the right to judge men but Jesus proved this mind to be an untruth when He said the Words that He speaks and the law that men trust in will be their judge.
When you believe that keeping them all is what saves you, you better keep them all and you better not drop one.
Unfinished business for me would be neglecting to have my demographics removed from places that I have departed from, being taken off of mailing lists, email listings and phone lists.
LISTEN
Your salvation is not based in whether or not you associate with a certain group of people.
Your salvation is not based on the age of the earth.
Your salvation is not based in whether or not you support an organization.
Your salvation is not based on whether you disagree or agree with Moses.
Even church attendance doesn't save you, so if you hear the question asked,
"How do you know that you are saved if you don't go to church?"
First pray for the one asking the question and then be able to answer it.
Because church attendance doesn't save you.
Did I say that church is not needed?
Don't twist it.
Will God allow you in based on your church attendance?
Your salvation is based in whether or not you have believed on the name and the shed blood of Jesus Christ to redeem you from the punishment of sin making you righteous before God.
If that woman never sees me again for the rest of her life she is still saved if her belief is In Christ and not something else, it's the condition of her heart that keeps her In Christ.
Is His blood on your heart?
You are not righteous because you don't complain.
You are not righteous because you are polite.
You are not righteous because no one in public has ever seen you act a fool.
You ain't righteous because you come back from lunch on time.
Atheists do these things.
This doesn't mean because these things don't make you righteous that you don't incorporate them into your life.
This is the belief of rotten hearted folks, that they can be outwardly righteous and inwardly vindictive and vicious.
The very people who lift up their magnificence lack integrity in many areas, yet they are convinced of their salvation.
You have not lost your salvation because you depart company from anyone or you ask questions, or you speak up for what is right.
The just live by faith in Jesus Christ not in the faith that they are magnificent.
When you set out on a campaign to to try and destroy the credibility of another person, which is what this woman did with me, she caused divisions between others and my self through untruth's and continued to smile in my face as if nothing was wrong. I am taught to avoid and depart from that.
I am not talking about being unforgiving and holding grudges.
Even though this woman doesn't believe that she needs to be forgiven for anything I hold no grudge against her. I pity her more than I could ever be angry at her.
She has not changed and she is considerably older than I am so I help her and when she needs anything I give it.
Her attitude about this has ruined other people and cost them, I'm not the first one that she has had this issue with.
I refuse to be hostile or intimidating towards her, since we do not agree and because we don't agree, I simply can't walk with her.
Some of you may say, we all have this one thing in common, we are all Christians.
No, we are not all following the Christ of Holy Scripture.
Some are following a man's made up doctrine with scripture plucked out and thrown in that creates the perspective that will increase their own gain.
We do not all agree about the the things of the Kingdom of God.
There is no middle here.
Jesus came and He said there would be division.
When the Apostle Paul spoke in the temple about The Way a man is to be saved the religious refused to give up the law of Moses for Christ.
Christ being the end of the law. Their hardened hearts refused to believe and they spoke evil of The Way that Paul preached, so Paul departed from them and withdrew to those who would hear.
Acts 19 The early church.

I want you to understand something, men are going to try and redefine salvation and they are trying to redefine ministry in an attempt to cut you out of it.
Redefining membership by suggesting that it be a local church, that ain't written.
It's like the redefining of medicare.

Don't forsake the assembling of your selves together.
Where two or more are gathered together in His Name there He is in the midst.
Know what you must do in order to be saved.
Jesus is the only One who paid the cost to be The Boss, so it is apparent who you would look to, listen to and trust for the answers to the questions.
Jesus Christ The author and finisher of our faith.
John preached repentance.
Jesus said, Anyone who calls on the name of The Lord shall be saved.
What am I saying? Am I saying that we don't have to turn from our sins and crucify our flesh daily?
Did I say don't be unified and the church is not needed.
Have a denied the importance of leading people to Christ?
No twisted one that is not what I am saying.
When ever you turn to Jesus you have turned from sin and whenever you think on His flesh being crucified for you, you have picked up your cross and you are following Him.
Turn from the disobedience of relying on your flesh to save you, because it can't, God's promise In Christ is what saves you.
Pray for men who believe that it is the arm of the flesh that they can lean on and are super above all the rest, because their ego will kill them.
If you have understood what I have said and you believe this truth call on the name of Jesus and be saved.
Learn about Jesus, not through the history channel but through the gospels of the New Testament.
My soul wails to God that men turn to Christ and His Words.
