BRINGING GLORY TO THE FATHER

THANK YOU LORD.

The Bible teaches that,

A fool uttereth all of his mind: but a wise man keeps it in until afterwards.

If a ruler listens to lies all of his servants are wicked.

The poor and the deceitful man meet together: the LORD lightens both of their eyes.

The king that faithfully judges(cares for) the poor, his throne shall be established forever.

These lessons are taken from Proverbs chapter 29 and whenever I meditate proverbs chapter 29 the LORD has me meditate 1 Kings 22: 1-28 where the king would rather hear the words of his flunkies rather than hear the words from the prophet of God.

The prophet couldn't say what the king wanted to hear, he could only obey God in his speaking.
The prophet could only bring glory to the father not to the king.

Look at how power and position can ruin a king.
How his neck stiffens and he no longer receives the counsel of God and he is in deep denial that will result in even deeper troubles.

The king wasn't drunk or high on weed or heroine, he was high on himself.
Far more addictive than any drug in nature or made by man is the Pharmakia of pride.

This is the core of the fall of man.
It is how Eve was deceived because she decided to listen to something other than what God had already told her.

Today I pray more than anything else you find out what Jesus Christ has said about you and believe it, above all opinion and all that's contrary.

Proverbs chapter 29; 1Kings 22:1-28
LOVE Y'ALL :)
