THANK YOU FATHER,
Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh, that thou may bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
And Moses said unto God, Who am I, that I should go unto Pharaoh, and that I should bring forth the children of Israel out of Egypt?
And He(God) said, Certainly I will be with thee...
Remembering, giving honor to and paying tribute to Dr. King this week is important to me.
As I learn more about him through his own writing I have come to understand that knowing " God is in control" does not excuse me from standing up for what is right.
Knowing that God is in control and then standing up against evil is what faith does.
Faith ain't idle.
Moses knew that God was in control, and because Moses knew that God was, he didn't leave the Hebrew people in slavery and wait for God to come down and scoop them out of bondage.
Moses went up to Pharaoh.
You are going to have an opportunity to go up to Pharaoh in your life and what you need to know is that God is with those who He elects to stand.
Dr. King had no doubt that God was in control, and it was his belief in God that led him to take on the assignment given to him.
Dr. King had been elected by God to do what he did, so like David he did what he had to do, if he had not, where would we be?
There is a season to stand still and then there is a season to move forward, this is the season to move forward.

LOVE Y'ALL :)
When the Lord is your shepherd you don't fear evil, you keep it under foot.
There were many men and women who supported, informed, cared for and fought along side Dr. King, but it was his face and his voice that was primary to a cause that extends to the lives of men and women everywhere today.
