Thank You Lord for long patience and an established heart.
This has got to be at least ten pages, you cannot just read this quick.
You have to study this.

James 5:9
Grudge not one against another, brethren lest you be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

This is for everyone who follows my blog in secret and over thinks and over analyzes it.
God Bless you and may you be open to His guiding more and more than to the tradition of men.
May you be just as humble and open to God's Word as you expect others to be.

I listened to a sermon Sunday preached by Pastor Andre Butler entitled "The Easy Way"
Excellent and Led of Holy Spirit.

He taught about taking on the burden of God and how easy and light it is compared to carrying the burden of the world.
Matthew 11:28-30

We can make prayer and time spent in Gods Word a burden or we can pray and take that burden off of us and lay it over on the LORD.

We can draw near to God in faith, expectation,and anticipation.

I want to talk about doing the thing that puts forth the power of God.

It's easy to slow down when you see the State Trooper blue unit.
What are you really submitted to?
Not getting caught.

There are law enforcement and government officials who may understand what it means to submit to men and an institution, yet they nor their ego have no intention on submitting to the authority of God's Word.

You have to submit to your boss if you want a job.
People do this every day.
I ain't talking merely about submitting to society rules or some groups opinion.
I'm talking about submitting to the authority of God's Word.

And a whole lot of folk think that they have but if they would just rewind what has been coming out of their mouth, they would see that even in their high ranking position they ain't submitted to the authority of the Word.

I my self received from Sunday's lesson because some things come easy for me and some things do not.
What I did learn was that whatever is too heavy for me, I don't even have to carry it.
Grudge holding means you are still holding it.
Pastor Andre's message wasn't talking about short cuts, it was talking about doing it God's way.
The way that puts forth the power of God.
It didn't minister on doing it the Jewish way or the Pentecostal way, the Rhema way, the Baptist way, the Catholic way, it taught about doing it God's way.
Doing life the way that Jesus taught, the way of the Word.

But because we don't really seek to know the Lord we don't know the Lord.
So we think that either our deal is too trivial or too big for Jesus to carry for us.
Because we done tried to hand it over to a minister and not God.

Who bore the cross for us, bore every sickness, disease, death , hell and the grave for us but we think that these bills would just be the last straw and even the Roman soldiers didn't break a bone in Jesus' body but your light bill is gonna break His back.

We want to believe that our friends can carry our burdens and the Five fold can carry our burdens.
We are to help console one another through prayer but if we are all messed up, how can we confess our faults to one another and pray for one another?

Now I want to talk about prayer particularly because Holy Spirit told me to.

I want to begin with the Word because that is where God began.
James 5:13-16
13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.
14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the Name of the Lord:

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed.
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

We like to break everything down so lets break this on down.

1.The Word says, if you are afflicted- You pray.

2.If you are sick- You call on those in the church who are mature in love and have them pray over you anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord.

3. If you have faults (and you do)- You confess your faults to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed of those faults.

But what do we do?
Go and confess our sins to men.
You do not confess your sins to men, you confess your sins to God because He is the only one who has the ability and power to cleanse you of all unrighteousness.

How does prayer work?
Does it work by indignation and incantation?
NO
It is not a ritual or witchcraft.
Prayer is a way of life for the child of the living God to walk and talk with God.

How does prayer work?
BY FAITH.
Anyone who comes to God must first believe that He IS and that He Is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Hebrews 11:6

Anybody can pray but the prayer that puts forth power and makes even more power available are the prayers of the righteous.

Who are the righteous?
Those who have believe on the Authority of Jesus Christ the Son of God.
Those who have been justified by faith in Christ Jesus.
How do the justified live in season (when it's popular) and out of season ( when it ain't popular)?
BY FAITH

How does faith work?
BY LOVE
How is prayer hindered?
Fear
Lack of knowledge.
By being outside of God's will.

What lane is outside of God's Will?
Sin in any form, pride and unforgiveness being primary, these things bring about doubt.
Jesus could do no mighty works among His own folks not because He is not able, but because of their unbelief.

I didn't say that they didn't want miracles and healing, they wanted it.
The Word says it was because of their unbelief.

Faith is God's will.
Doing life or ministry any other way than the way teh Father established it will not manifest His power.
Why must a man be in God's will to obtain His blessing?

It is not simply, because He said so.
It's because He loves us.
God knows that living an inch outside of His will gives the devil free range to come into your life with torment.

1 Peter 1:22
Seeing you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that you love one another with a pure heart fervently:

Fervent is not charisma.
Somebody done told you that you have to work your self up into a sweat to be fervent.
When your heart has to be without dishonesty and without guile.
It's easy to work up a sweat but Holy Spirit ain't gonna have you doing that all of the time.
Can you focus with anticipation and intent listening to Holy Spirit and hit the target?

I'm talking about the Will of God, submitting to the Words authority.
The Word of God says in 1Peter 3:7 that if a husband doesn't dwell together with his wife according to God's Will his prayers are hindered.

We know that a husband cannot be the only part of the body that has to stay in God's Will to keep His prayers from being hindered.

If you stand preaching, teaching or praying with a heart of unforgiveness, malice, pride or unrepentant sin, you are out of your lane.
The lane is FAITH that worketh by LOVE.

Though you may speak with the tongues of men and angels, sing prophetic words, understand all mysteries, obtain more knowledge of the law than Moses, more wisdom than Solomon, more patience than Job, more courage than David and Joshua, having the faith of Abraham that moves mountains, sacrifice your life, time and substance
"Full Time" yet have not love, it will profit nothing.
It won't avail much.

There is no harvest without love.
Because it's love that doesn't fail when the crops do.
Is your spirit and your heart fervent in love?

Folks can give out of a heart of necessity(obligation) they can begin to pray out of a heart of necessity.
2 Corinthians 9:7

What does that mean Miss Thang?
We do need Jesus and I do need things and God said I have not because I ask not...

I'm saying this is not about your need.
God already knows your flipping needs.
Prayer is not just a bunch of Words to give you temporary relief.
Righteous prayer is speaking to God with a consciousness that holds no sin in it.
Knowing that God is able to make (ALL) grace ( every favor, heavenly and earthly blessings)come running full force at your situation.

Why?
Is it because you really really sincerely wanted it?
NO

It's so that you can always have under every circumstance whatever ability, whatever resource, whatever strength and recourse that you need for every good work.

For every good work.
Not so you are exalted.
Some prayers are not answered because God is looking at what we do with the little measure that we have.
He sees how His grace is abused right where you are, so he knows that if He increases you, you ain't gonna use it for a good work which would be for His purpose.

I ain't talking about earthly promotion either.

You time, your funds, your thoughts.
He doesn't want it out of guilt, obligation or need.
He loves a cheerful giver in every area.
Not a performance that draws the focus to you, but offering that magnifies Him.

God knows our need, He's looking for our Faith.
Will Jesus find it when He comes?

The lane is Faith that worketh by love and the Word is the only thing that manifests power.
This is our lane right here in Mark 11:22-26; Mark 16:15-20; Matthew 6:5-15

Anyone who says that they love you would not have you ignorant of God's ways or Satan's devices.
