SOUND SPEECH

I went to church last night and I went in happy and in praise and worship I just cried for joy, I cry when I'm happy.
I cry when I get revelation sometimes, I don't cry when I'm angry or down, I get quiet.

But because I realized what I was singing in a song was true, I just started cry and then to laugh.

We were singing that we would praise the Lord's name unto the ends of the earth.
And it just hit me so clearly that this is exactly what we will do!
I was just washed over with joy I couldn't get over it and then we began to laugh and I laughed until my ribs were sore.

We just let the Holy Spirit move through that service and He did.
Lord it was awesome!

Some folks laugh just to keep from crying but my goodness we just shouted and anybody who was down when they came in shouldn't have left out that way.

Praise God!

Lord help me to say what you would have me to say this day in Jesus Name.

Speaking into the lives of others is a huge responsibility and in this high technological age of Internet we are never short of being swamped in opinions and words about everything.
You can google anything.
But be careful who you allow to speak into your life.

People are so accustomed to talking without thinking first, but if we really just thought about what we were saying we would talk a whole lot less.

In Christ we should pay strict attention to the men in scripture who spoke into the lives of those who were called to do the exact same thing that we are called to do.

Live holy before God.
The more we walk and talk as God intended the more full our joy will be.

The Apostle Paul communicated in Colossians chapter one how he gave thanks and prayer to God for all of those who after they heard the truth of the gospel went on to receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour.

After we receive Him as Lord we ain't finished, we have to go on to learn how to live as He intended for us to live in this earth.
Doing those things that He called and equipped us to do.
Amen.

Paul prayed that God would continue to fill those who were saved with the knowledge of Gods Will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.

The Apostle gave the reason for his prayer, because it wasn't just to hear himself talk, like me typing everyday is not for me to get a book deal.
Paul knew that there were other opinions floating around out there that were bidding for time in the ears of those who had been won to Christ Jesus.

A whole lot of mislead and unbelieving folks floating around determined to steal your joy.
And we are called to protect that seed, you protect the seed with understanding, wisdom, knowledge.

You also speak to the threat boldly.
I want to say something right now to all who lurk around the body of Christ who have slithered their way into the congregations across the country and world with alternate motives.

To all you men and women who are in the church with crooked deals and intentions, taking advantage of young vulnerable women and men, to all you who have come in with schemes of robbery, hustle and deceit.

To all the young ones who think they can use pity to scheme and scam, I'm talking to you too.
Spiritual don't mean stupid.
I don't care how close you are to the leaders, you will be found out.
Trust if you come grinnin' in my face your cover will be blown and I am not joking.
So do what you have to do to get right.
Because you know better.
In Jesus Name.
If it don't apply to you, you ain't trippin' right?

For this cause the Apostle Paul took time out of his life every day to remind people of what living a holy life In Christ Jesus qualified them for.
That they might:
1. Live a life worthy of the Lord pleasing the Father in every way.
2. That they might bear fruit in every good work.
3. That they might grow in the knowledge of God which strengthens them.
4. That they might have great endurance and patience.
5. That they might joyfully praise and give thanks to God.

HALLELUJAH!

Ain't nobody said you had to be perfect, so put that back in your hat.
Nowhere does the Lord require perfection because Jesus understood that if we could operate in perfection He wouldn't have had to come, but holy is what He said we are to be, because He is holy.
1 Peter 1:16

Yesterday I spoke about the fate of folks who have an (alternate view) of holiness.
The Bible teaches the wise and fruitful way to live, and then we have folks who think that it don't take all of that.
Get them suckers out of your ear.

The Apostle Paul wrote so many letters and a lot of them began with reminding his young ministers exactly what it takes to live holy and to be sure to exhort what it takes to the people.

He gave this assignment to certain young men because he trusted that they would preach the truth uncompromised and instruct others not to fall into strange doctrine that would turn them to unfruitful/ unproductive conversations.
Paul knew that he could hold Titus and Timothy accountable because he trained them up.
He knew that he had taught them how to identify the real deal.

Working in Neurophysiology I measure the blood flow in the brain with doppler and I am also trained to do Electroencephalograms (EEG'S) which are exams that measure and record the electrical activity in the brain.
This test is usually ordered to determine if the patient has suffered a seizure.
There is clinical phenomenon called a "pseudo seizure", and a "pseudo seizure" is a psychological seizure, meaning it ain't a seizure at all.

Now the way that we know what a "pseudo seizure" looks like is because we know what a real seizure looks like.
The physical attributes can be faked up to a point and I won't go into detail about how we know the real from the fake, but one thing that can't be faked is the brain wave activity.

You can thrash around and spit and act like you are possessed but those brain waves don't lie.

This is why we need to know what God said for sure so that when someone else comes with something pseudo or false, we will not be fooled because we know the real thing.

Remember, Paul prayed that we increase in knowledge, strength, patience and understanding so that we would abound in every good work.
Producing something good and fruitful.

This is not about the pastor driving a Benz, pastor want you to know how to fight the good fight of faith.

So today in the church we have folks just like the ones Paul, Titus and Timothy had to deal with.

John wrote about these folks in 2 John.
2 John 8-11
8 Watch out that you don't lose what you have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.

9 Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
( to continue in the teaching means that you were taught properly from the beginning)
You can't continue in something that was never started.

If you haven't started yet, start.

10 If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take him into your house or welcome him.
(This is why you move with caution where friends are concerned)

11 Anyone who welcomes him shares in his wicked work.

1 Timothy 1
Paul said, The goal of this instruction is love from a PURE heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith.
A whole lot of folks want to teach the Word and speak into lives even though they don't have a clue about what they are saying, but they assert that mouth with confidence saying things different than what Father has said.

They are rejecting the truth and are making a shipwreck of their faith and if you follow them you will be a shipwreck too!

Paul called them out by name and said he had given these jokers over to the devil so that they would learn not to blaspheme.
This was the fate of those who said something other than what God had established.

Romans 1:28
And even as they did not retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which were not convenient.

The Lord is not going to wrestle with man, He has offered His body to us and either we receive it or we don't.
I want all that He has to offer.

Every fruit, every promise, every reward, and every ability.

You know hell wasn't made for man, it was made for Satan who was the first one to preach words that departed from what the Father had said.
Speculation and not truth.
Myths and not what God established.
Traditions and cultures that give rise to even more confusion.

You see I keep going back to the beginning.
The foundation, I never leave it.

I know that no man wants to live in hell because it doesn't end, it is eternal it's not for 100 years and then you get paroled.
There is no in between and we don't come back after we die.
So I pray the same prayer for you that Paul prayed.

I pray that the God of creation and the Father of the Anointed One Jesus Christ increase you in the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of Him and His Will, that you hear and heed and not be turned over as a castaway in your thinking.
In the authority of Jesus Christ do I ask knowing that my God hears me and that it is His Will that men be saved.
