HE PUT IT IN OUR HANDS

DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOD GAVE US?
There is a song that goes.. He's got the whole world in his hands...

And this refers to God having the world in His hands.
Sit back and let God do it.
Jesus is my co-pilot.

Jesus done gave the keys and the wheel to you.
God has given you the power to do it.
Paul said in Acts 20:24b
the ministry which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify of the gospel of the grace of God.

In your hands has a ministry of the gospel been placed.

In His hands are the deep places of the earth: the heights and strength of the hills are His also.
The sea is His, for He made it: and His hands formed the dry land.
Psalm 95:4,5

But guess who He put over it, whose hands He put it in?

No don't guess who He put over it?
Let's look at His Record and see who He put over it.
Amen

When I view and consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained and established.
What is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of [earth born]man that You care for him?

Yet You have made him but a little lower than God [or heavenly beings], and You have crowned him with glory and honor.
( Elohim didn't set the angels down here to till and work this land)
God formed man out of the dust of the ground breathed the breath of life into him and set Him over it.)
You made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands;
You have put all things under his feet.
Psalm 8:3-6; 1Corinthians 15:27;Ephesians 1:22,23;Hebrews 2:6-8

Because the Father has given something exclusively to those who receive Him.
John 1:12
...as many as received Him, {to them} gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on His Name (authority):
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
The Lord made it and has placed some things in our hands.

And His Word teaches us to let not thy hands be slack.

To wait on the Lord doesn't mean to be idle.

Ecclesiastes 10:18 says that through idleness of hands the building decays/the rafters, {state of affairs) and the roof caves in, through idle living the ceiling drips water.

The Lord has us in His hands and He put the world in our hands.

And by the hands of the Apostles were many signs and wonders wrought...
Acts 5:12

I know everybody is "waiting" on God to do it.
Proverbs 12:4 says
The recompense of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him.
People like to know if there is a God why is this happening and why is that happening?

Because we eat the labour of our hands.
You reap what you sow.
If wicked is what you plant and work, wicked is what you harvest and eat.

The Lord never created us to be idle.
Don't worship your work.
Blessed be the Lord, my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.

While you wait on God know that:
His divine power has bestowed upon us all things (every thing) that is required and suited] to life and godliness, through the full [personal] knowledge of Him who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue)

Believers shall lay hands on the sick and they shall recover...
Ain't no laying back and waiting idle, the wait is for instruction and that wait is entirely dependant on the individual.

Our ability in this earth is equally proportionate to our degree of confidence in God.
It's not what I think I can do, it's what I can do as a result of knowing what God has given me.
Hearing + Understanding =Faith/God Ability
Love/Obedience works Faith
Discipline is developed out of Love.
God needs us to be disciplined/exercise self control.

There is power behind this.
A power that comes about only by prayer and fasting.
Fasting is not to lose weight or because everyone is doing it, know what you are doing and why you are doing it.

It's not to get God's attention, it's so you can hear.

Prayer is not about what you want, it's about hearing what God wants done with what He has placed in our hands.
God wrought special miracles by the hands of Paul.

By the hands of a man.
HE PUT IT IN OUR HANDS.

SELAH!
