THE THRONE OF FAVOUR

...Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace(favour), that we may obtain mercy, and find grace(favour) to help in time of need.
Hebrews 4:16

Favour is Fair.

Esther was a young Jewish girl who found favour and because of her favour, she was able to boldly go to the throne of the king and obtain mercy.

Esther not only obtained mercy for her self and her family but mercy and help to the saving of an entire nation.

There are so many points and lessons to focus on in the story of Esther that I can't cover them all on this page today but I will hit a couple of the points because they are edifying and hold abundant wisdom in them.

Esther's open door of opportunity came about through the disobedience of another woman.
Because one woman didn't honor her king.

Listen up married ladies and honor the man God gave you to.

The king of Persia was married to Vashti but Vashti was not a wife who was totally submitted to honoring her king.
The Bible says... he who finds a wife finds a good thing, and it also asks the question.. a virtuous woman, who can find?

I say, He who finds a wife that is submitted to God finds an even greater thing.
More precious than rubies.
Since Vashti decided not to honor the king and shamed him in front of his kingdom, she had to go.

That is just the way it was.
So now we are at the place where the king is looking to find another queen.
Not just any old chick though, the virgins were gathered, the pure and rare girls, diamonds.

(If you gave it up already you can come to God and He will cleanse you and you can become a born again virgin.)
So all of these young women are gathered for a " beauty contest" is basically what it was to find the king a suitable wife.

A standard had been set at the onset of this pageant and this was it:
Esther 2:4
...Let the maiden which pleaseth the king be queen instead of Vashti...

It is impossible to please God without Faith.
So let the one which has faith become the heir of promise instead of doubt...

Only one stood out and that was Esther, like Noah did in the middle of all that was around him, he shined in front of the Father.

This girl obtained favour right from the gate.
The keeper of the women the guy who was to prepare the girls to be presented to the king for choosing favoured her. It was a year long process of purification before they could even stand before the king.

They had to be prepared and He Gai' the one who was like a dorm mother to them rushed to give Esther the things that she needed to prepare.
He gave her her seven maidens to look after her and she was given the best room in the palace out of all the women.

Esther went on to find favour with the kings chamberlain who had very close access to the kings private quarters.
Everyone who came in contact with this girl favoured her.
That was God's hand on that girl moving her into a position to do His Will.

The king loved her and he sat the royal crown upon her head.

You can read the story and see how a wicked mans plot would have taken her and an entire nation out, but because of the favour that she obtained she was able to boldly go to the throne and get help and mercy for her people.

Although evil tried every trick it knew to stop a nation, it failed.
It failed because the favour of God is greater than any plot.

Evil was hanged on the gallows and Esther even received the wealth and property of the wicked.
The Lord said that the wealth of the wicked is laid up for the just.

The king went on to make a declaration.
Esther 8:8
Write ye also for the Jews, as it liketh you, in the king's name, and seal it with the king's ring: for the writing which is written in the king's name, and sealed with the kings ring, may no man reverse.

There is a declaration that has been written in the blood of Jesus, written in the KING of kings Name, and sealed with the Holy Spirit.
And
No man, No demon, No devil, No plot, No opinion, No disease, No circumstance, No test, No trial, No temptation, No Republican, No Democrat, No government, No recession, No woman, No child, No beast, No Climate Culture or Creature
CAN REVERSE IT!

Receive Jesus and be cleansed of all unrighteousness and obtain favour.
Purity has Favour with God, that can Boldly go to Him and obtain what He desires to give you.

We can't go without Jesus.
We can't approach the throne without Jesus, His blood is on the mercy seat.

John 14:6 Jesus said,
I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The way to favour is Jesus.
