TAKE A LOOK

GOD IS SO GOOD AND GOOD ONLY!

Come and see the works of God: He is terrible in His doing toward the children of men.
Psalm 66:5

If you are hurting or struggling right now, Listen.

That word terrible doesn't mean horrifying, it means awesome, great, extreme.

It means that God wants to do things for you that will make you stand back in pure astonishment and amazement at what He has done.
He wants to renew your mind, heal your heart, forgive and educate you.
Give you a new attitude that isn't offended and messy, dishonest and deceitful, unforgiving and depressed.

He loves you.
God doesn't want you walking around with a defeated, excuse having attitude or outlook on life.
It is not His Will that we struggle or suffer.
He has given all men the choice to make the decision to live how we want to live.

He will allow us to choose hell on earth and in eternity.


Living in peace, dwelling well with our brothers or living in shame and distress at each others throats.

The Father will not force us with our hands tied behind our backs to live for Him.
He won't force us to stop lying and keeping mess up.

When we look at the awesomeness of God who sent us Jesus Christ His Son to open up a way for up and turned a sea into dry land for His people to walk across it, how can you not want a God like that in your life?
A God who as you serve Him will get you safely wherever you need to be.

God is not a respector of persons, He doesn't descriminate.
He opened that sea up for the Hebrews because one man looked to Him and asked Him to.
A man who followed Him.
Why would you turn to someone and ask for help if you don't believe that they are willing and they are capable?
You wouldn't.

There are people who I don't even ask anything because I know that they are not capable of getting anything done.
Some of them are too immature and self centered so I don't even look to them.
You know people like that in your own life who you can't count on to give you a Kleenex.
But God is not like that.
He is not a man.
I am a witness today that God is capable, willing and waiting.
That where you sit right now God is able to open up whatever is keeping you from making it across.

The thing is if you don't come to Him and submit your way to His, He can't open it up for you.
To submit means to cooperate with His purpose and plan.
If we are not working towards the same purpose as God, how can He move on our behalf?

Pharoah's men were not working towards the Fathers purpose, that is why the sea was closed up over them.
They were working against God, whenever we are not with God we are against Him.

We choose a side by not choosing Him and choosing Him means we have chosen His Way to do everything.

Your friends can't do it.
Your boss can't do it.
Your momma and daddy can't do it.
Your job can't do it.
Your looks can't do it.
Your children can't do it.
Your education and skills can't do it.

Moses had all of that education, good breeding, fans, looks, but it was God who opened things up for him because he was working with God and not against Him.

Take inventory of the things that you need opened up for you right now and then look at what you are really working towards.
Are you working towards the things that God would have you to or are you trying to make something of your own happen?

I want you to take a look at what God has opened up for you in the past and look at what you did with it.
He opened doors for you, He sent people across your path with His Word and love.
What did you do with it?

What are you going to do with the rod that God will put in your hands this time?
I'm just asking.
