COVER YOUR MIND WITH THIS HOPE

OUR GOD IS GOD!

GOD IS OUR HOPE AND ALL OF OUR HOPE IS IN HIM.

I rise before dawn and cry for help;
I have put my hope in Your Word.
Psalm 119:147 (NIV)

This describes me.
If you want to know me that is me in that Psalm.

I don't take copies of the Psalms and put them in my pocket as good luck charms, if it's in my pocket it is with the purpose to be pulled out and spoken out loud through out the day.

Those were David's praises unto God written for posterity and for our edification.

You can have your own Psalm through relationship with the Father.
We saying what David said based on His time and life walking with God.
All of us should be writing new Psalms unto the Lord.

This keeps our hope on the surface.

I remember years ago being in a car accident and I hit a wall and my Trailblazer turned over two times and I landed upside down. All you can say is JESUS!
I could hear the other cars brakes screeching to a halt to avoid hitting me and my whole body tensed up trying to prepare my self for the impact.

I wasn't hit.
God stopped them all.
The firemen pulled my wind shield out took my hand and gave me a lift out.
I walked out of that truck Praising God with a small cut behind my ear.

The LORD spoke to me so clear that day and he said: Lolita, a locomotive could be coming at you but whatever is coming at you is coming at Me.

That was so powerful to me as a Child Of The Most High God.
We will be attacked daily in our minds and everywhere else and Jesus said that we would have trouble in this world.
This is not the time to start acting shocked at the trouble.

Know this: You do not have to be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving present those requests to God.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding will mount guard over your heart and minds In Christ Jesus.

Look at that word transcends and just meditate on God's peace after you have presented it to Him.
I'm not going to give you the Greek word for transcend, you look it up and just marinate in it today.

I have been saved from death multiple times.
I have been raped and left for dead but I'm still here by His grace.
Rehearsing the times of deliverance in my life becomes a Psalm unto God for me.

You know the devil tried to get me to hold on to my testimony because He knows that it will help someone else get free and step into God's hope.

No matter what is going on now or whatever happened in your past God has made a promise to us through His Son Jesus Christ and He confirmed that promise with an oath.

The Bible says that God the Creator confirmed what He said to put an end to all argument.
He wanted to make the unchanging nature of His purpose crystal clear to the heirs of this promise.

God established it by the unchangeable things in which it is impossible for Him to lie so that all of us who chose to take hold of the hope that He freely offers may be greatly encouraged.

Folks give up because they lack hope.
The only real hope is in Jesus Christ.

We have this hope as an anchor for our souls keeping us firm and secure in His promise.
This anchor keeps our mind, will and emotions focused towards the LORD.

What does all of that mean?
It means that whatever God says will come to pass will come to pass and that God cannot lie.
God swore by His own Name that Jesus would be made a priest forever and God will never change His mind.
God said that Jesus would be the only way that all men could draw near to Him.
That by no other Name could men be saved.

Cover your mind with these scriptures.
Romans 4:18-25
And when we think like this we wait patiently for the promise.

Who has this hope in Him?
Those who have repented of and turned from sin, Asked Jesus Christ into their hearts to live and be their Lord, master and Saviour.

Not those who are doing the best that they can.
The best that we can do doesn't scratch the surface of what God can do through us.

The Word teaches that it is those who live like Jesus.
Those who think like Jesus having His same mind who will have the ability to endure to the end and not be ashamed at His coming.

What are we supposed to do with all of this hope that we have?
To make known among the lost the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ In you, the hope of glory.

Take it to the world.
Because the suicidal, angry, hurting, stressed, sick and diseased, twisted thinking is in need of this hope.

Jesus is the more excellent hope.
Hallelujah!

Father,
Give all who read these words your Spirit, Your wisdom, Your revelation knowledge so that they may know You better.

Lord open the eyes of their hearts that they may understand the hope and the great wealth of the soul that You have called them to.

That they may share in the inheritance and the power that raised Christ from the dead as those of us who have already placed all of our confidence in You.

I ask these things in the Name of My Saviour, Your Son Jesus Christ and I know that You hear me and that You will supply those things that I ask for.

I thank You for your faithfulness to answer and grant my prayer as it lines up with Your Will and purpose.
