The mercy that we sow is the mercy that we reap.
Hey Y'all!
Have you ever heard the expression that something was "to die for?"
Something to be desired.
A dress or a pair of shoes?
A cheesecake?
A diamond necklace?
The New Camaro?
Guess what?
The Lord God thought that you were just that fabulous.
Worthy enough to die for.
I heard something very encouraging that said, that grace took the initiative.
We know that grace took the initiative because He came down from heaven for us.
That grace reached out to unworthy men and made them worthy.
So many times as Christians we sit on the sidelines and point out where other people are missing it, being totally oblivious to where we are missing it.
Thinking that it's us who transform people into usable soldiers for God's army.
When it's God who takes nothing, something dead and weak, something cast down and turns it into something usable and strong.
You may be one of those people who have folks sitting on the sidelines of your life commentating.
You may be a commentator on the sidelines.
I don't know where you are at and what you are experiencing today.I don't know what your strength level is.
But I know this:
When we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
The Bible says,
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure (quickly) for a good man some would even dare to die.
BUT GOD commendeth (demonstrated) His love towards us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
When we didn't love God at all, let alone enough, He proved His love to us.
Romans 5:6-8
John 3:16
Consider these things.
People are mad, but God ain't mad at you.
YOU ARE TO DIE FOR!
Still doing what God told me to do :)
Love Y'all
