GLORY, GLORY, GLORY TO GOD!

Hey everybody!

God is so good!

The Father keeps prospering and promoting my soul.
I want to share something with you from my heart this morning.
I very rarely just talk about things without scripture, because it is dangerous to begin to speak about your opinion.

My belief will always line up accurately with scripture.

It's very important to know what Jesus said about anything.
There are so many Christian books and Life coaches writing things that sound spiritual, yet nothing takes the place of the Word of God rightly divided.

Many people will hear a sermon that they have never heard or a subject taught that they have never heard, or read a book that seems to speak to what they are feeling or trying to get across and it will become their new theme for the month.

Because it's new to them they will take it and run with it if it has 2 scriptures that look like they line up with what is being said.

Many times it will turn out that they didn't take the time them selves to get in the Word and see what the real meaning is and what God's intent or message for them is concerning what is being said or written .

Many will preach why they believe the Lord placed certain scriptures and stories in the Bible.

The Bible clearly tells you why scripture was written, it is not a mystery.
Romans 15:4
Any man who lacks wisdom and comes to God asking in faith, God will give to that man without holding back.

The motive in asking must be for God's good.

Any man who desires anything in order to satisfy his own lust won't receive.
Lust is a word to study up on and then get it out of your heart.
For instance you may be praying for something just so that you can show someone else up, it's not coming.
You are asking amiss.

Know the Lord.

God's Word was not written to keep us bound in guilt, condemnation or fear.
You can know God.
You have to know God in order to know His Will.
You have to know God and not mere principles in order to do His Will His Way.

You have to know because there will be days when you won't have a charismatic cheerleader pumping you up to get up and get before God.

There will be days when no one will agree with you but God.
You will not be liked or considered a champion.

There will be days when you will be accused of all sorts of things by people who don't even know you or the Bible.

There will be days when you will be called a coward by cowards and your strength will lay solely in what you know Jesus has said and done.

Men have preached that it won't be by knowledge that the world is changed and they are mistaken.
You have to know this or you won't seek what Father says, because you will be satisfied letting someone else tell you.
Saying things like, "Who can know God?"
You Can.

That is the whole point of life.
Is that we know Him and the power of His resurrection.

We pray a prayer that asks The Father of glory to give unto men the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of HIM, that the eyes of their understanding being enlightened, that they might know what the hope of HIS calling is, and what the riches of the glory of HIS inheritance in the saints is.
And what is the exceeding greatness of HIS power to us who believe, according to the working of HIS mighty power.

Then we have those who want to take scripture out of context.
Taking the Word that was written to encourage us and to set an example for us and twisting it as a manipulative, controlling , condemning tool, using it to try and curse you with it.

This is what Jesus said about a curse.
There would be a day when He would come in His glory and all the holy angels with Him, and all nations would gather before Him, and He would separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.

Sheep on the right, goats on the left.
The Lord will then call those on the right to come and inherit the kingdom prepared for them.

The LORD said:
For when I was hungry, you gave me meat: I was thirsty, and you gave me drink: I was a stranger and you took me in:
naked and you clothed me, I was sick, and you visited me: I was in prison and you came unto me.
This is more than a house on a hill, a sports car, and a hill of cash.
It's the ability to help people move forward in their souls once they have given their life and soul to God.

It is the ability to reach out and feed, clothe, house and quench a thirst in those who lack.

Please don't take this literally and pull out your annual report and talk about what you have done, because it has been the body who has done that through His grace.

This is a measure of compassion, not some twisted theory on familiarity.
Familiarity is why Jesus couldn't do many mighty works in His home town..

Because people can be hungry in their spirit not just merely suffering from a belly hunger.
A soul can be thirsty not just a throat parched.
Shame is nakedness, not just having no shirt or shoes.
Sick is not only prostate cancer, sick is a twisted way of thinking.
Prison is not lock down in a county or state prison alone, you can be in prison in your home or emotions.

But so often we take the knowledge of psychology, the knowledge of how the natural and secular corporate world runs it's business and take their methods and incorporate them into scripture.

When they all were birthed out of God's wisdom.

LISTEN

So the people who will think so highly of them selves that they won't think that they have ever neglected the Lord.
They will ask the Lord, when did we see you in this state, surely we have done your work and we have the proof.
We in the church, we were raised in the church, we have prospered financially and famously.

The King will answer saying,

Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, you have done it unto me.
Then He shall say to them on the left hand, depart from me, you who are cursed...

Inasmuch as you have done it to the least of my brethren, you have done it unto me.

Inasmuch as you have been dishonest with one of the least of Jesus brethren, you have been dishonest with Him.

Inasmuch as you have lacked mercy and compassion with one of the least of Jesus brethren , you have lacked mercy and compassion with Him.

Inasmuch as you have tried to manipulate one of the least of Jesus brethren, you have tried to manipulate Him.

Inasmuch as you have lacked humility with one of the least of Jesus brethren, you have lacked it with Him.

This is so not about out preaching and out doing someone.
This is about your soul being in tact when Jesus comes back.

Promotion begins there.
Quality Promotion.

Consider these words of Christ.
If you really mean it then pray this prayer:
