You know I am very careful about what I hear, meaning that I examine and prove what I hear by the Word of God.

You can't just tell me anything and I follow it because it sounds good or looks good.

I don't listen to all preachers, pastors or proclaimed prophets and prophetesses because there are too many of them who don't know what God has said.
Too many who have an agenda separate from God.

I don't watch all Christian television or listen to all Christian labeled radio.
I am careful about what devotionals I take in or who I allow to speak into my life.

What I do take into my spirit I am careful not to take in as someone in charge or under charge.
If it's scripture it has to be rightly divided and then taken in as a little child receiving from her Father.
If it is some one's opinion that is rightly divided as well and then received or dismissed never to be thought on again

Acts 5:29 is the definition of obedience to me and it says:
We ought to obey(believe) God, rather than men.

This is a good practice for all men because we so often believe that what The Holy Spirit is saying through us is not to us.

That He has given us something for every one else but our selves.
Amen.

The Holy Spirit is present in our lives to give us ability and guidance to believe yet we forget that He brings things to OUR remembrance for a reason, the reason is to keep us on the right path of believing what God said.

Responding the right way.

James said " Be swift to hear...
Jesus said,
Take heed what you hear: with what measure you mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

The Lord said examine and seek to understand the things that you hear.

People tend to believe that God is some big mystery and He can't be comprehended and that He is taking folks on a wild goose chase.

No He isn't.

He teaches us to seek Him first.
The Father teaches us that if any man lack wisdom, let Him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and abraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Confirm it with The Father, this brings peace.

But let him ask in faith.

How is faith developed?
Is it developed by hearing what you will never have or is it developed by hearing what you can have through Christ Jesus?

I believe it is developed by hearing what you can have, that's the gospel.

Faith was developed in me when I heard that I didn't have to be punished and live in damnation by receiving the free gift of salvation.

Faith was developed in me when I heard of God's grace.
Those truth's encouraged my soul.

I love Joel and Victoria Osteen for their encouraging ways.
The Osteens have been criticised for their encouraging attitude and at one point I was a chief critic of theirs.
I just believed that they were too soft and people needed to know that God is not mocked!

The LORD had to speak to me and say, "Child I am a gracious God and I am not mocked and your brimstone is not the poster board that proves it."

So I was like Oh Okay LORD, I thought you needed me to tell the folks.

The Lord showed me that His wisdom the wisdom that comes from up above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.

Father said, "Girl if you out there getting all worked up about folks not doing what you think they should do, you are not representing me."
I am not worried is what the Father said so don't you be.
All that anger and strife in your heart is a work of the flesh.

He told me to sit back and watch how people oppose what He has established with their own ideas and see how envy and strife develops.

You know how when you are on Facebook and folks flip out and start acting nutty about something, really pay attention to the ones who get nutty based on rumors and disagreement, angry folks.
Pray for them.
That was me until the LORD put His hand over my mouth and showed me that it's fear based.
Because when you believe God you don't get all crazy.

You know that He has it together when you don't.

Be aware.
Examine what you hear.
Because the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

The Bible teaches us that we don't wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers.
Joyce Meyer taught that the battlefield is in the mind yet folks believe that they are retaliating against other folks.
There are a group of folks who believe that they are competing with me, one woman.

Lord help and bless these people.

Who have sat down apart from God and devised a plan based out of envy and strife and believe that God's hand is on it.
The battle is not against me gentlemen.

If Jesus has spoiled principalities and powers and given us the power to cast down imaginations and every high thought that rises up against the knowledge of God, we are Champions not merely soldiers.

There are a whole lot of soldiers, some are centurions and some are not, but there are few Champions.

The Holy Spirit helped me to recognize that I am a Champion of the cause of Christ above anything else and that my victory is In Christ and it will be carried out.

Condemnation comes to question whether God loves you or not.
If you question whether or not God loves you, you lose your victory.

So go away with this wisdom from above today:
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world: but that the world through Him might be saved.

Whosoever believeth this is operating in obedience because whosoever doesn't believe this is in disobedience.

That you might have more is why He came.
Don't listen at someone else tell you anything different because then you would not be obeying the voice of God.
