FORGIVEN OF ALL

THANK YOU FATHER.
Come let us return to the LORD.

If we confess our sins God is faithful and just to forgive us of ALL unrighteousness.

Sins is plural because it is all inclusive.

Where did men get the idea that if we only confess our sins to God once that this would be the catalyst to continue in sin?

The Bible says, He that covers his sins shall not prosper: but whoever confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy.

That word cover means that you try and conceal your own shame like Adam and Eve did with those fig leaves.
Don't even try that because that's how they got evicted.
Genesis 3:6-11

Confession is running to God, but what shame does is it puts fear in a man and sends him further away from God.
You don't shame folks into running to God, they will never truly trust Him.

So according to the proverb the man who casts down sin and leaves it behind is the man that will obtain the mercy of God.
Well evidently man couldn't just cast down sin on his own by simply following a rule or principle alone.

If the rule and the principle had any real power there would have been no need for Christ The Saviour to die on the cross.
The Father introduced a new principle In Christ Jesus that fulfilled the law giving man the ability to cast down sin.
The only way that we can cast down sin and leave it behind is through Christ.

The bible says that the law of the Spirit of Life In Christ Jesus has delivered us from the law of sin and death.
What does that mean?

That God has said this is what you do to work the works of God, to obey my command and walk in my love, power and dominion, You follow after My Spirit which has placed all of it's trust in the blood and Name of my Son.

No longer following after the traditions of men to cleanse us from unrighteousness.

It's not simply saying, "You gotta have faith."
Try telling that to a woman whose husband is brain dead.
People will look at you and say, "How do I have faith?"

Because faith is not a rule, it's a fruit.
Faith doesn't come just because we can quote the Bible definition of faith in Hebrews 11:1

Faith develops as a result of seed sown.

I could tell you all day long that you gotta have an apple tree in your front yard, but unless some seed is planted, no tree is coming up.

So lets allow The Father to plant some seeds that lead us to Him and not further away.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Things hoped for.
Most of the things that people hope for they've seen before or they can visualize.

The fruit of God's Spirit is not tangible in the natural, yet the results of walking in this fruit produce the tangible things in life.

The Bible teaches us that the works of the flesh are manifest, you can't pick strife and envy up like it was a glass ball that developed out of thin air.
It manifests from seeds sown.

Galatians 5:22,23 is not a rule it's the result of seed sown.
The Bible has the copyright on faith.

If the Bible has taught us that we are free from the law of sin and death through the law of The Spirit of life In Christ Jesus, what is our hope in?
Our hope is in the forgiveness that comes through Him.

And every other benefit of righteousness stems and branches out from that forgiveness.
The Tree of Life.

Go ahead and draw that tree on paper and correlate everything biblical that stems from Life through Christ In The Spirit.
Make the branches and make the big and with the leaves draw in the fruit.

See, in the garden Adam and Eve were not expecting to be forgiven, they hid from God and tried to cover up their sin like nothing ever transpired.
They stopped walking in the light, they didn't have to, God was there He hadn't departed.

He never leaves us and He hasn't departed from you.

Can I ask you a question?
Do you expect God to forgive you?
Because you can, His Word says that He will when you acknowledge that you have sinned and fallen short of the Glory in which He created you to walk in.

I'm saying don't let anyone or anything shame you away from God.
That's why I could never be blackmailed because if someone ever tried to extort me I would sing like a Canary about whatever I did.

I won't ever allow the devil to hold anything against me.

There may be things that you have done that are horrible and there may be things that you are just now learning are a hindrance to your own joy.
Take those sins to God and cast them down and receive His forgiveness.
Stop trying to do everything in your own strength.
If the LORD sets you free you are free in deed.

Free to let it go and follow Jesus exclusively.

The Apostle Paul said that it was for freedom that Christ has set us free so Paul said don't let your self be burdened again with the leash of sin because it is slavery, but if you fellowship with God and walk in His light you will not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
How is that?
Because the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Our advocate is someone who won't shame us even when we do sin.
Because He died expressly for us who were sinners.

Don't deny that you have done wrong and sinned, don't try and put together some tired philosophy excusing your self by saying things like "everybody does it or it's just how I am".

Come to Jesus and let Him cleanse you of all unrighteousness and cover you with a white robe.
In Christ we no longer fall short of the glory of God.
