THANK YOU FATHER.
THANK YOU LORD YEHOVAH.
THANK YOU HOLY SPIRIT.
The Bible records the healing of a man born blind by The Lord Jesus.
In that record it shows as the Lord and His students passed by this man known by all in the town to have been born and to have been a beggar depending on what he could get from others because of his infirmity, The disciples asked The LORD,
Master, who sinned this man or his parents that he should be born blind?
LISTEN
Because you will have jokers telling you all types a stuff for the reason things happen.
We were all born into a world that has been inoculated by sin through the first mans unbelief in what the Father had promised.
Jesus answered the disciples saying, Neither this man or his parents have sinned, but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.
How could the LORD say that after the fall of man that left none righteous that neither this man nor his parents had sinned?
It wasn't drugs, alcohol or lascivious living that caused this child to be born blind.
The LORD was demonstrating that it is not He who comes to kill, steal and to destroy but He who comes to give life.
Jesus said, I must work the works of Him that sent Me while it is day because the night will come when no man can work.
As long as I am in the world, I am the light pf the world.
The Lord said what He had to say and He spat on ground and made a clay out of his spit and the earth and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay.
And He said to the blind man, Go, wash in the pool of Si-lo-am, (which is interpreted, Sent.)
The blind man did just that and washed and returned seeing.
He came back able to see.
Hold On.
Can you imagine going through life being able to smell roses and not see them and then what it would be like to see them?
Can you imagine going through life tying your self worth to your breasts and behind and how you sexually satisfy men and then Jesus anoints you and you realize that you are more than a vagina?
Can you imagine what it would be like to go through life being bound by fear and then wash that off completely and not fear any man?
Jesus has got the clay for your eyes baby!
This mans neighbors saw him who was blind and now came seeing and were astonished to the point that some couldn't even believe that it was him.
The man answered them saying, It's me.
It is me the one who couldn't see.
He had been made over.
When God opens your eyes and makes you over folks won't be able to recognize you right off.
They were used to the blind man bending, begging and groping in the dark, feeling his way around.
But when you can see, you stand straight up, look forward and you walk with a confidence that doesn't put you on your back, that doesn't make you a doormat, that doesn't have you stumbling.
Amen.
Everyone wanted to know how this man was healed and changed, how he went from darkness to light, so they started to ask him, What happened to you?
Guess what he did?
He told them about Jesus and how The LORD had anointed his eyes and told him to go and wash in the pool of Sent.
May The LORD anoint your eyes as you read the words of this blog today an in the days to come a The LORD tarries His coming.
Well of course the Pharisees are questioning the healing of the blind man because they had no parts in it.
Because the man was healed on the Sabbath he was summoned to come before the religious men and asked how he was healed, because their law forbade miracles on the sabbath.
Good LORD! if that isn't man's concept of religion, what is?
The healed man told these religious men exactly what he told his neighbors.
It was The Christ who opened my eyes.
What did they say?
This Jesus is not of God!
Why?
Because He keepeth not the Sabbath day!
Somebody asked, How can a man that is a sinner do such miracles?
Somebody had the good since to ask a question, a question that would point to consulting God for the answer.
And there was a division among them.
So the Pharisees continue to ask the healed man questions about The LORD Jesus, not able to find any error in the mans answer, to their dissatisfaction, so they called the man's parents.
Looking for somebody who is willing to destroy the Lord's reputation.
His parents said, yes he is our son, yes he was born blind, yes he is grown and competent enough to answer for himself, so ask him whatever questions you have.
They had already been threatened, intimidated, hostility had been expressed that said, If any would confess that Jesus was The Christ that they could let the doorknob hit them where The Good LORD split them as far as the synagogue was concerned.
That they would have to leave if they stood in agreement with Christ and believed who He was and that what He was doing and saying was of God.
So they called the healed man again and told him to give God the praise because they knew that Christ was a sinner.
They knew.
They didn't know diddly.
Because they had no relationship with Him.
The healed man answered and said, whether He be a sinner or not, I don't know:
One thing I do know, whereas I was born blind and lived my life in darkness,
NOW I SEE!
You can call Him what you want to call Him, BUT I CALL HIM HEALER!
I CALL HIM THE LAMP UNTO MY FEET AND THE LIGHT UNTO MY PATH!
JESUS CHRIST MY LORD, MY REDEEMER, MY SAVIOUR, MY MASTER, MY ROCK, MY PROVIDER, MY HELP, MY TEACHER, MY SHEPHERD, MY BREAD, MY LIFE, MY GRACE, MY FAVOUR, MY GOD!
