FREEDOM WITHOUT POWER?

THANK YOU FATHER.

You O LORD, are the greatness, and the power and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom LORD and You are exalted as head above all.

Both riches and honour come of You, and You reign over all; and in Your hand is power and might; and in Your hand it is to make great, and to give strength to all.

What is freedom without power?
It's life without the true knowledge of God.

It's racism, sexism, capitalism.
Freedom without power.
It's proclaiming Christ and not esteeming Him but esteeming the words of men above God's words.
It's proclaiming Christ and twisting His Word.

Freedom without power is bondage.
Freedom without power is fear.
But the born again man or woman is not born with the spirit of fear, because God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love and of a sound mind.

The power of God.

That power is the preaching of the cross to us but to those who are perishing they trust in and preach the law.

In God We Trust.

Grace and peace is not multiplied through the law but it is multiplied through the knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ The LORD.

If you deliver people and fail to give them opportunity, have they been delivered?
If you free people and fail to give them truth are they free?
If you lead a man to Christ and fail to teach him the true liberty in Christ, are they free?

Freedom without power is like saying, "You can take the physical shackle's off and you no longer have to work our land free of pay, but we will do everything within our power to prevent you from obtaining your own land."

You can sit on the board but you can't own the company.

Freedom is knowing the truth, that the yoke is destroyed and the burden is lifted for once and for all.
Because Jesus came and it is He and He alone that gives you the right to be called a son of God.

Freedom is knowing through Christ there is an inheritance in the kingdom of God and the blessings of life here and now.

This is the power that transcends racism, sexism, capitalism, crime and any other "ism"

The truth is that freedom doesn't come from men, all liberty comes from God.
And because it is God The creator who provides genuine freedom it will be God who reveals the moral standard by which the true power is accessed.

Christ Jesus is the moral standard.
Whom the son sets free is free in deed.

What is it about a man who after he has lost everything and his whole body is covered in sores that prevents him from turning from God and blaspheming His name and blaming God for his problems?

What is it about a man who is sold into slavery yet he will not follow the tradition of his jailer's or that which dishonors his God?

What is it that makes a man in shackle's sitting in a cave sing praises unto God?
What was it that Paul and Silas had even in the chains and confines of a prison?

They had the knowledge that Christ Jesus came to set men at liberty where the law could not.
They trusted God to be the hero and they exalted The Father as such.

The Apostle Paul preached:
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us who walk not after the flesh, but after The Spirit.

Paul understood this first hand because he knew that it was not the law that changed him on the road of Damascus.
Paul was a student who well knew the law in his day and he knew that it was not the law that transformed his mind and invited God to dwell in him.

What it did was make him a persecutor of men not one who lead them to The Saviour.

The law has no power to raise men from the dead and dead is what we were in our sins and in our trespasses.
Legislation still has not the power to renew the heart of man back to God or transform the moral character of men.

It was not the moral character of Jesus Christ that raised Him from the dead but it was The Spirit of God that raised Him from the dead.

And when that Spirit of God lives in you, it raises you from the death that your sins provided.

The Lord Jesus' moral character was what qualified Him to be the atonement for our sins because His moral character was blemish free, while the moral character of men is completely tarnished and has proved to be so throughout history from Adam until the present day.

Tarnished for taking on another belief other than that of God The Father and Creator.

Because there are none righteous, there are no founders that have been righteous, no forefathers that have been righteous, no prophets that have been righteous.

None who can give their way into God's graces or His kingdom through their own work and what is considered good deeds to men.

The law has proven not to be a credible set of checks and balances when it came to civil rights in America.

That law has not proven to be a credible set of checks and balances when it came to companies like Enron and our own banking system in America.

The law has not proven to prevent war, divorce, murder, theft, or any other immoral act even by the makers of the law.

The law has not proven to be a credible set of checks and balances when it comes to our insurance companies in this country.

There is no country whose laws and moral character have proven to be credible in the eyes of God.

Who will be judged for Vietnam?
There is no country that will be given a free pass because the whole earth will be judged and it will begin at the house of God.

And that is why when people propose that it's men who give other men freedom, I say, Not.
If men waited for other men to simply get tired or come to their own knowledge of righteousness in order for people to be set free, it would never happen.
That is why the law was given to expose the truth of sin.

There will always be men who believe that the law is not speaking to them or that they are above it.

As long as you don't resist or expose a lie it will persist.

Men who say that without internal morals you will have chaos lack internal morals and they are speaking of them selves.
The chaos lies in the negligence of those who have truth yet refuse to share it.

It's the internal morals of men who omit history's truth and set them selves to be the check and balance for sinner's, that God has set up in His Word as a check and balance for them.

It is the truth that makes men free and the truth has far too long been withheld from men.

Pharaoh did not free the Hebrew people, God did.

Therefore if you have not heard this and understood this you haven't had the opportunity to receive Christ Jesus as LORD and Saviour and you remain dead in your sins and trespasses.

In shackles and not free.

Repent of your sin and ask the Lord Jesus to come into your heart dwell there and be your LORD and Saviour.
Learn of Him and understand true freedom.

The LORD Jesus Christ as He began His earthly ministry said,
The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, because God has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised...

The Risen Christ after His crucifixion, death, burial, resurrection and before His ascension said,
All Power was given unto Him in heaven and earth, therefore go and teach all nations baptizing them in the name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost:
Teaching them to observe whatsoever I have commanded you: and lo I am with you alway, even until the end of the world.

Christ didn't say go and baptize them in the name of the law because the law has no power.
The law has no power against unclean spirits, no power to save, no power to deliver.

When a man knows God and is born again the Spirit of God will be His law and the laws of the land he will honor.

You can't legislate moral character because it is the Spirit of God that dwells in a man that legislates the heart of men.
