KNOW WHO YOU SERVE

THANK YOU FATHER.

Who out there is struggling?
Many folks are because we live in a world filled with temptation and trouble and the troubles in this world will only increase.

On top of that we have all of these different philosophies about the truth of the cross, Christ and salvation.

Because of these things we need to not simply have our hands out looking for an increase in funds and labour but to have our hands lifted in prayer and thanksgiving to God for the courage and comfort that He has provided in conquering the world.

The Lord told His disciples that in this world we would have tribulation: but to be of good cheer, knowing that He had overcome the world and the tribulation in it.

People believe that it will be their schemes and their clout that will cause them to overcome and it won't.

Jesus has settled our case and He maintains our cause and it is Christ Jesus who has carried out the victory for us.

Know that In Christ you can overcome.
The Word of God asks, Who is he that overcomes the world?
The answer is, he that believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Nothing else.

What is it that causes us to triumph?
Is it opinion's?
Is it using scripture like it's witchcraft?
Is it using scripture to bring guilt?
No.
It's believing on the Name of Jesus Christ who came to save sinners, the lost.

In order to be happy we can't be deceived, In Christ Jesus your sins are forgiven you.

My service in Christ is this:
To testify of Jesus to the saving of souls, the establishing by biblical truth the confidence and strength that comes with understanding and believing in the finality of our salvation.
I will remain obedient to do what God told me to do.

Just as no man knows for a certainty if any other man is saved other than them selves, no man knows the call of God on another man's life.

No man is bound to carry out what God told them to do based in someone elses opinion.

A follower of Christ shouldn't presume to know anything for a certainty but Christ Crucified and risen and the finality of their own salvation.
I don't presume to know about what God has told any other individual human being to do other than what is written in holy scripture and what He has required of me.

I am not mother Theresa nor do I desire to be a figure remembered, I would rather you remember Christ because He saves.
If you have read anything that is posted here it is apparent that the theme is to testify of and exalt Christ and not myself.

This service to the LORD Jesus contributes to the Big Picture of men, women and children knowing in whom they have believed and it is not me in whom they have trusted, but God.

This is not a means or avenue of personal gain for me but that it will turn out for the greater gain of other people, because they will be able to live with a greater confidence in Christ.

A greater confidence In Christ changes the way a man looks at the world and his own position in it.

I am thankful for the opportunity to come to you on this page and I pray that the Lord Bless you with a greater sense of understanding and peace through His truth, and through the renewing of your mind by the Word of God you be kept from the evil one and his subtle tactics.

...And the devil said to Jesus, all this power will i give you, and the glory of them: because it has been given to me; and to whoever i will i give it.
If you therefore will worship me, all shall be yours.

And Jesus answered him, saying,
Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, you shall worship the Lord thy God, and Him only shall you serve.

The devil is basically saying to The Son of God that he can provide more for The Anointed One than The Father can.

Suggesting that he can provide something that God hasn't already provided.

Genesis 3

I want you to know that when Jesus Christ has been made your LORD and Saviour God has given you everything that pertains to life and godliness.

The Lord Jesus knew who He came to serve and He goes on, thank God to continue in what The Father sent Him to do.
And because Christ was faithful and obedient you have a way to God.
A God who is not double minded and when He is with you and for you you are not rejected.

We don't have to look outside of Christ for anything, He is sufficient.
