THE VINE

THANK YOU FATHER.

HE IS THE VINE AND WE ARE THE BRANCHES.

The Lord Jesus Christ is the spinal cord of my purpose and when He is not the center of my message, my message is paralyzed.
This truth is not only for me but for anyone who professes to be In Christ.

The message can't stand up straight or walk unless Jesus Christ who has taken on the punishment of sin for the world is at the core and is the foundation of the message.

I hear so many people speak who claim to be anointed and called of God and 99% of what they say points away from Christ to the individual, a local church, and a pastor.

I hear men and women who have been trained to point out a sequence of events in history yet fail to bring the lesson to the surface.
Continually deviating from the principle and the foundation that is Christ.

Inventing scripture and failing to draw from the obvious truth in the record.
Altering history for itching ears and those who want to believe that they are superior to the next man.
There is a veil that remains over their eyes and because they remain blind, they are not in faith.
2 Corinthians 3:13-15

They will profess to walk by faith and not by sight not understanding it's meaning.
To walk by faith and not by sight is to rely on Jesus and His sufficiency as opposed to what you believe you or other men are capable of.

Faith is not a blind leap it is an informed way of living.
It is the most informed way of living because you will not follow any other voice but that of Christ, faith is being led of God, not being led around by the desire of men.

What do I have in common with people who profess Christ as Lord yet refuse to be led of God?
I don't have anything in common with them, there is no communion for me with these people.

And this is not limited to one race or social class of people.
This is also true of men who say that Jesus was black when He clearly came through the line of David and the Jewish nation.

Some are not familiar with the entire truth of scripture who call them selves sons of Levi and have believed that they are the high priests.
Jesus is The High Priest from the line of Juda that replaces the Levitical line.
Levi can't intercede from the grave.

Namesakes may be able to call a radio station with deceptive poor apologia but that is where their influence stops, only Jesus has the power to redeem.
Hebrews 7:11-28
Understand these scriptures.

Jesus is alive.

Oil for your lamp today is this:
There are many events that took place in biblical history and in order for you to not be manipulated by people who use those events to their advantage you have to know about those events for your self.
Learn from them and understand how they apply to you today or how they do not.

Know this, that no man is justified by the law of Moses, but by faith in Jesus Christ.

Do I mean break the laws of the land?
NO!

I mean understand this.
Don't be deceived into thinking that because you are religious that you are in faith.
You are not justified through religion.
Justification is believing God.

Galatians chapter 3.
This is not a lot of scripture to go over, you can do it and you can understand it.
I can't save you, I can't condemn you, I can give you the truth and God will do the rest.
