Those who represent Christ and His Kingdom create jobs.
This message is to the idea that jobs should be auctioned off.

I want to speak to the small business owner today.

You may have a business that power washes and paints wooden porches and you may be good at what you do but when the economy is held hostage like it has been by Tea Party pressure, guess what happens to small business folk like your self?

Folks who are frugal will buy their own power washer and paint and paint their own porches.
The first thing that happens when crisis is introduced through political scare tactics is folks begin to spend with a little more wisdom than before.

Is is wise to pay someone else to cut your child's hair or is this something that you can do?
Is is possible that you can save money and take a tax preparation course and keep the sixty dollars you would pay someone else?

We can actually grow our own vegetables and they do still sell sewing machines and offer classes.
Consumers are what make Big business work.

But for some reason Big business doesn't share a mutual respect for it's partner's in the community.
They use the term qualifications an awful lot.
Their definition of qualifications is: you as an employee except low pay for long hours.
You as an employee don't have any rights.
You as an employee may or may not be supported by us with a decent healthcare or retirement plan.
You as an employee must believe in us as a corporation having no restrictions or regulations whatsoever.

This qualifies you and if you don't meet these requirements someone in India or Indonesia will.
So corporations with this philosophy are people too, they are simply people who have decided that you won't be hired based in your ability to do the job well but in your ability to adjust to substandard treatment.

Jesus idea of treating the hired servant is whatever is right that you shall receive.
Matthew 20:16
