SPEAKIN' TO THE THINKIN'

The law of the Lord is perfect.
God made it plain.

I know some may be looking at the state of the world and wondering why bad things happen.
Through a prayerful study, scripture can show clearly why things are the way that they are.
It can also show how change for the better is possible.

God the Father has placed in the earth the real way to change.
What I share with you will make the difference in your life and the lives of others.
Not a difference but the difference.

I am going to make it plain and I am going to continue on this train until the Lord tells me to get off.

I am sent to the ones who want to know God.
If you have no plans to open up God's Word and see who He is for your self, this is not the place for you.
I am going to do what God told me to do and you can do what whoever you serve told you to do.

What we will be doing here is bringing our thinking in line with the Will of God.

The Holy Bible is the number one historical literary text and record of the account of God, creation and His purpose for mankind.

Every religion has drawn from the Holy Scriptures to form it's own beliefs.
This is not God's intention for man to take His Word and then form another doctrine or philosophy apart from His Will and Word.

A man who could neither read nor write heard the Word of God from God's chosen people and took parts of it and made a religion of his own.
He tried to force it on others and when they didn't follow him, he had them killed.
He started a following that began with force and fear and later became a religion.

Other men throughout history have taken bits and pieces of this infallible Word and formed their own gods and followings.

Jesus is the way, the life and the truth.
No man comes to God except it be by Jesus.

I want you to know that God doesn't use threats or fear.
It is the goodness, long suffering, mercy and grace of God that leads men to repent.
God is not threatening to put men in hell.
God gives the information and men make the decision as to where they want to be.

Man from the beginning of creation has made the choice to put himself in whatever position he would like to be in.

God's children do not follow Him for fear or guilt.
He is not followed merely because it is to our advantage, He is followed out of love and knowledge of who He is.

A man of God does not walk upright for fear of being caught doing otherwise.
It's done because he understands the reason behind a righteous life.

If a man walks upright simply for fear of being caught in the act of some ungodly deed, all he would do is make arrangements to not get caught.

We walk by faith.
And faith comes by hearing and getting understanding from the Word of God.
That is why we pray for understanding of the knowledge and will of God to be made known in the lives of men.
That men understand the riches of God's glory through Christ Jesus.
If we don't know why we do what we do we will fall away from doing it.

This is why you have seen religious men who rose to fame because of their charisma, attended major well known universities, were on fire and sweating for God and we look up and they have disowned and denied God and His doctrine.

Because for all of the routine and religion there really was no connection to God, because they never knew Him.

We are not to worship the moon, the animals,money, celebrities, spouses, children, materials, position or rank.
We are not to worship the mother of the Saviour.
We are to worship God and God alone.
Give honor where honor is due but worship is for God.

We are spirit beings who possess a soul ( mind, will and emotions), live in a body and were made free moral agents by our creator.
We are not robots. God in all of His wisdom made us able to choose.
The Father also gave us adequate information in order to make the choices that best serve us and please Him.
Your parents might want to lead you around by your nose but God has given you a choice.

You should always understand why you believe what you believe and be able to give an answer for it.
I don't want to convince you of anything, because if I can merely convince you of something, you can just as easily be convinced of something else.

I want to give you information.
The Holy Spirit and God move on my heart to do my part and if you choose they are prepared to do the rest in your heart.
They have to be invited in.

Every inspirational speaker, guru, yogi and self proclaimed life coach has taken from the Bibles teachings.
The problem throughout the history of man has been God gives His instructing Word and then man takes that Word and alters it to fit his desires.
This is religion.

The gospel is not to be altered for the age or the political opinion of man.
Whoever does this or gets caught up in it will not see the kingdom.

The Bible was not written by white men, it was written by men of middle eastern descent of the Jewish race.
Jesus was born in the line of Jewish men, Jesus was not black.
The line of David, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Holy Scripture is Divinely inspired of God, (God breathed)is Holy Scripture.
Spoken directly from the mouth of God to holy men and passed on for our understanding, to teach, instruct, correct and even to chastise.

God has not changed because He need not change.
He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Man must change if he will live with God.
It's a good change, you get to have fun and enjoy life on a higher level.

If you have a Bible go to Genesis 1:27,28
God created man in His image and likeness. God created man and woman.
And God blessed them.

Blessed means that God gave man in that instance everything that he would ever need to do what God made him to do and be.
Think on it.

God made the animals, then he made Adam. God saw that Adam needed something other than animals to be a help to him, God didn't join Adam together with a ram to be his companion.
God didn't make another man to be joined to him.
Dog is not mans best friend, God is because He gave man a woman.

Out of mans rib God made a woman.

God created man and put him in the garden and gave man a responsibility, to be fruitful, multiply, replenish the earth, subdue it and to have dominion over everything in the water, in the air and everything that moved upon the earth.

Turn to Genesis 2:15-17
The Lord God put man in the garden to dress and keep it.
He commanded man, saying, of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it; for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

A spiritual death.
Man communicated with God the Father on a regular basis, for fellowship, love and instruction.
He walked with God and talked with God in the cool of the day so he knew God's Will.
Our spirits are what connect us to God.
God who is comfort, guide, provider, hedge.
So to be separated from the One who formed you is a dark thing.
To be in the world with no guide and uncovered is hard to say the least.

God told man if you eat of this tree you shall surely separate your selves from Me.
This is death.
God told man if you disobey my command you shall surely separate your self from Me.
If you walk in the counsel of the ungodly you shall surely (separate your self) from Me.

Ungodly: anything that is not what God has said.
Think on it.

Put your self in this position, Be Adam.
Study the scriptures that are in this blog today and be that first man, put your self in the garden and look at what God gave you.

Examine all of the information that God gave Adam because everything that He gave to Adam He has given to all men.

Tomorrow we will talk about how man placed himself outside of the garden through his decision to follow another opinion.
Just put this lesson in modern day thinking and apply it to every area of life, from the smallest decision to the largest ones.
