STIR IT UP!

TO ALL OF MY BROTHERS, SISTERS, FATHERS AND MOTHERS IN CHRIST.
THIS IS FOR YOU ALL TODAY!
For our God is a consuming fire!

This took a while because I have been on my knees and face humbled this morning.
Psalm 119:105
Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.


And the Lord said unto Samuel, How long will thou mourn for Saul, seeing I have rejected him from reigning over Israel? fill thine horn with oil, and go, I will send thee to Jesse the Bethlehemite: for I have provided me a king among his sons.


There is a shout in there.
The Lord told Samuel: Fill your horn with oil, and go because I have provided.
Fill your horn with oil.
You fill it!
There is a parable in Matthew chapter 25 where the Lord Jesus teaches how the kingdom of heaven is.

Like 10 virgins, ( they ain't never done it before) which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom.
Five of them were wise, and five were foolish.
They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them:
It will take some effort on your part.

But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps.
This little light of mine, I'm gonna keep it tanked up...

Question: What makes the lamp burn?
Answer: The oil!
Question: What does the oil represent?
Answer: The anointing = healing the sick, giving life to the dead, joy and gladness.


Question: Who is Christ?
Answer: The Anointed One and His Anointing.
Question: Who is Jesus?
Answer: The Living Word John 1:1


Question: How do people see the light?
Answer: The oil in the lamp burns it.


Is your oil light on?
Is the Word burning in you?
Jesus has baptized you with the Holy Ghost and with fire.
Don't put out the Spirit's fire!
1Thessalonians 5:19


In 2 Timothy 1:6-10 Paul the Apostle talking to Timothy because Timothy was a child of God like you are who may want to give up, but lets look at how we can endure and be undisputed:
Paul wanted to remind Timothy that when things are tight or tough, you know the Word and you know to pray, you have been taught this from a child by grandma and momma.


6... With this letter I want to remind you to stir up the gift of God, which The Lord Him Self placed in you by the laying on of my hands.


7 For God has not given us the Spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.


8 Therefore, don't be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His servant: but be a co-labourer in the work of the gospel according to the power of God.


9 Who has saved us, and called us to live a holy life, not because of any special thing that we have done, but because of His own purpose and grace.

This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the world ever began.

( In the beginning was the Word...)


10 But is now been revealed through the appearing of our Saviour Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel!
How did the LORD Jesus do it?

How did Jesus Christ The Anointing Him Self let His light shine?
He wraps Himself in light!
Psalm 104:2a
Who covers Him self in light as with a garment...


THE LIGHT SHINES THROUGH THE GOSPEL!
The preaching of the gospel is the oil of joy!
Psalm 119:130
The entrance of thy Words give light; it giveth understanding to the simple.

Will Jesus find faith when He comes to your house?

The world will ask the questions, the world will knock on your door.

What will your answer be to poverty?

What will your answer be to sickness and disease?

What will your answer be to sorrow and depression?

The tongue is a powerful thing says James, it can kindel a great fire, that is why the Word is what should be spoken only.
It can't be spoken that the world system will take care of us, the world doesn't know what to say or do.
The world is full of darkness but God is light and in Him is no darkness at all!

The Father says: I am the LORD thy God who brought you out of sin and death and lack and sickness, open your mouth and I will fill it!
He will fill it with His Word!

God will fill our mouth with laughing and our lips with rejoicing!
OH Jesus!

The preaching of the gospel is the oil of joy!
If I am poor and you tell me that through Christ Jesus I am Abraham's seed and an heir according to the same promise that God gave to Abraham, you have just shined a light on something for me.
You have just lit a fire in me!
I can't keep bumping into walls and reaching out to any other source when the light has been turned on.

Give them the Word.
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope!
Romans 15:4

Those wise virgins kept oil in their lamps and they were able to see the correct way to go.
They were also able to be seen of the LORD.
Thy Word Lord is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path!
But we have to walk in the light as He is in the light.

The Bible teaches us that in these last days many people even in the church will be looking for solutions outside of what God the Father and Creator has established.
Many will walk after their own cultural understanding, their own religious upbringing, their own sexual theories, their own, their own, their own!!!

In doing so they separate them selves, following their own natural instincts and intuition, not having the Spirit of truth.
We In Christ are lead by the Spirit of the Living God and we will not walk after the flesh nor the intuition of man.

But we beloved are going to build our selves up and stir our selves up on our most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Keeping our selves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our LORD Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

We will be merciful to those who are confused and doubting; snatching others from the fire; hating even the clothing stained by the attitude of the flesh.
In The Authority Of Jesus Christ!

Now my brothers and sisters In Christ,
May the God of all hope fill your lamps with joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Go to church this Sunday and fill your horn.
You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.

Give light to all that are in the house.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

The gospel preached, the Word teached :) is the good work that leads men to come and glorify God!
