HOW AUTHORITY RESPONDS

What if the LORD had not been on our side
when people attacked us?

They would have swallowed us up alive
in their burning anger.

The waters would have engulfed us;
a torrent would have overwhelmed us.

Yes the raging waters of their fury
would have overwhelmed our very lives.

What if?
They would have.

Praise the LORD!
who did not let their teeth tear us apart!

We escaped like a bird from a hunter's trap.
The trap is broken, and we are free!

Our help is from the LORD,
who made heaven and earth.

Our help is in the name of the LORD, who made heaven and earth.

Just think about that today.

I got up this morning praising God and thanking Him that I am not forgotten or alone in this world, but that He will help my every situation.

Thanking Him that He ain't mad at me.

He'll help our kids.
He'll help our spouse's.
God will help all that we love and hold dear this day.
And He has given us His Name.

We have been taught that everything we do is to be done in the Name.
We pray in the Name of Jesus.
We cast out in the Name of Jesus.
We call forth and declare a thing in the Name of Jesus.
We are healed in the Name of Jesus.

That when we call on that Name we shall be saved!

That all power rests in that Name.

That every knee will bow and every tongue shall confess that Name to be Supreme in Authority.

Glory!!!

There is so much power in that Name.
We are going to work that Name today.

As you go about your day today you are going to be challenged, because you are getting the Word.
The devil comes immediately to steal the seed sown.
Protect your garden today.

The enemy is going to suggest that you respond the way he wants you to.
The accuser of the brethren wants you to fly off the handle, he wants you to blame somebody else for what is happening, he wants you to get angry and believe that you can't handle what's coming at you today.

The snake is gonna suggest that you lust after something that you know isn't for you.
The devil wants you to walk in pride today and hold a grudge, he wants you to believe that the entire planet revolves around you so that you can be selfish.

The dragon wants to use you, to use all of your effort and energy to be hateful and ignore someones needs instead of extending God's love towards them.

The enemy wants to use you to be antagonistic towards some nut on the freeway, but you are not going to slow down to make them even more nutty, you are going to check to see if you can yield to them, signal and let them go on bought they way and pray for that joker as they speed by.
Don't allow anyone to have you act ignorant like them or in haste and hurt your self.
There are people who their minds are not controlled by our God, so we are going to be led by Holy Spirit and resist being a target.

Escaping the trap like a bird.

The enemy may accuse you of something today through some insecure person.
But guess what you are going to do?

You are going to resist the devil.

Submit to God's way of being and doing and respond in the reputation, Glory, Spirit and Fruit of God.

That is using the Name!

That is Faith.
This is how authority responds.
It ain't indignant or unbecoming.
Faith is not insulting and it doesn't humiliate.
Faith won't attack your dignity or antagonize you to anger.

Faith ain't gotta be mean.

Faith yields because it operates in the Spirit of the One who made heaven and earth.

Jesus didn't get all whipped up and antagonistic when they took Him to the cross, He yielded because He knew who was helping Him.
The LORD knew what His outcome would be.

Do you know where your help comes from?
Has the Word of God showed you what your outcome will be?
Do you believe it?


Hebrews 13:5,6

Meditate this because we done made submission so deep and God made it so simple.

The reason the devil flees is because we not only say we believe God, but we imitate God when hell shows up with that nonsense.

The seven sons of Sceva tried to use the Name but I doubt if they had humbled them selves under that Name to the point that they exalted it above the suggestions of anything else.

Authority responds a certain way.

Draw near to God.
