Thank God that the Father inspired this man to translate the New Testament from its original Greek to English.
Mr. Tyndale died a martyr to make the New Testament and the Books of Moses available for the average man to have a deeper knowledge of God.
A lay person is basically someone who lacks the information that the professional or experienced person has gained.
Lay people are basically considered ignorant.
But God would not have any of us ignorant that is why The Father instructs us through His Son to seek out His righteousness.
Amen!
When there is no knowledge of God in the land the people are destroyed.
But grace and peace is multiplied unto us through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus Christ our Lord.
We know according to John 10:10 that it is not God's Will that we be destroyed and it is not God who comes to destroy.
There are still many people who don't know this.
The Word of the Lord in Hosea 4:6 says: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because you have rejected knowledge...
So we have some who lack and some who reject.
Because if it's simply lack, lack can be provided for, but those who reject are a whole different story.
Even though the devil comes to kill, steal and destroy his only weapon is ignorance.
Yes, deception is basically ignorance.
This is why it is important to have a real relationship with the Father, Son, Holy Spirit and The Word so that we are not deceiving our selves and others.We can't have a relationship with anyone without having some sort of information about them.
I don't mean surveillance information, name, address, phone number or slinking around following them and listening to private conversations and tracking their Internet use.
If our goal is to be in relationship with Christ and God the Father we need to know what is written information.
To keep peace of mind and live above deception it is important to have more information about our God than we have about the circumstances that this world brings.
Look at me as an informant today.
An informer is someone who communicates, or whose duty it is is to communicate knowledge/ intelligence.
Informers usually work for or with a government in order to gather destroyers, thieves, murders and violators and bring them to trial.
It's time out for just being the accused or the victim without knowing that you have someone pleading your case in every instance and area.
You don't need a court appointed attorney, you have an advocate with The Father.
You don't have to rely totally on what America's top specialist has said when you have The Great Physician to rely on.
What we want to do is keep the destroyer on the run fleeing in seven different directions under our feet, and in order to do that we need information.
We don't have to struggle, we don't have to waver, we can rest in the knowledge of God.
The reason why most Christians struggle with issues of stress, sickness, depression or anger continually is because they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge.
What do I mean by that?
I mean we truly love God and we want to bless Him with our lives but we gather just enough information to puff us up to where we begin to establish our own righteousness, our own doctrine and begin ignoring what God has already established as righteousness.
We gather enough information for a new catch phrase.
We gather enough information to see the beam in our brothers eye but not enough to pull the huge one out of our own eye.
We get just enough information to make it to church every Sunday, but not enough to take church with us on Monday.
We get enough knowledge to convince us to tithe but not enough to give the benefit of the doubt.
We get just enough to get us out of financial debt but not enough to get us out of emotional debt.
The Spirit of the LORD wants me to share with those who are sick in their bodies today that,
Information is glad tidings, it's good news, it is the gospel, it's shalom, wholeness, nothing missing nothing broken.
The LORD wants to know, Will you be made whole today?
Romans 10:11
For the scripture says, WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH ON HIM SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED.
It's written in Isaiah 28:16; Romans 9:33
Who is Him?
Jesus Christ The LORD.
What is ashamed?
Deceived, confounded.
That is what Adam and Eve were after they listened to another opinion other than the Fathers.
Romans 10:13 teaches us,
FOR WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.
SAVED FROM WHAT?
From destruction, injury, peril, suffering from disease, delivered from evil, delivered from the Messianic judgment that will come.
The Greek Word for saved is sozo, meaning to restore to health, to make well, to heal.
Yet we have a world full of saved folks who believe that their sickness is a lesson and test from God.
That the death of their loved one was God's will so they say "God knows best, that's why my 32 year old son died of a heart attack and was not beaten to death by robbers because the Lord decided to take him quietly."
That is what someone said to me this weekend, so the Lord had me walk them through His Words.
Some don't go to church but they believe that there is a God and that Christ is Saviour, but they don't know that there is so much more for them In Christ because they are listening to and reading something else.
Some do go to church, tithe, pray, work in the church, help in their communities, families and with friends, but when the enemy comes to steal they don't know that there is something between them and the thief, God.
Because there is a covenant between us and The Almighty and His Name is Jesus Christ.
Christ is our relationship to the Father He is the contract that made us sons and daughters.
All they have to do is call.
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
Because without the information you don't know.
With an informant you get information and now have something to place your confidence in.
Without the knowledge of what they are to place their faith in, they can't live by it.
If I believe that I have to place my faith in my obedience alone in order to be healed, I can't live by what Jesus has done for me.
If I have been told that it's by me beating the skin off of my own back, I obviously know nothing of what Christ has already suffered on my behalf.
I also don't know that God requires a spotless lamb, so beating my self would be in vain as I was born into sin by one man Adam.
If I don't know that Christ bore my griefs and carried my sorrows and was stricken, smitten, wounded, chastised, beaten, pierced and bruised for me, I would believe that I needed to suffer those things.
Therefore I would hold onto in my mind and body whatever strikes me.
But if I know and believe whatever comes at me is coming at Christ and that was finished on the cross, My faith puts it away from me and out from around me.
The blood of Jesus keeps it away from my dwelling.
It passes over me.
You have to put the blood on the doorpost of your thinking.
Many are saved and have a zeal for Christ but they have not believed.
You are in Romans 10 where verses 8,9 and 10 are.
I know.
Romans 10:16 says,
But they have not all obeyed/ believed the gospel...
People believe that Jesus came to take away their sins and that they are going to heaven when they die, but they stop believing right there.
He came that we might have life and have it more abundantly.
Without pain and stress, mess and misery right now.
Faith is now, as they say.
Romans 10:17 says:
So faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.
There is a comma between the first hearing and the second hearing.
This doesn't denote the meaning to be hearing and hearing some more and then they will finally get it one day.
You can sit and hear for 60 years without seeking to understand.
They heard it but they didn't understand the magnitude behind it and whenever we don't seek revelation the evil one comes and steals what we have, because we don't take action to guard it.
The Word can be preached with zeal and they will hear and believe, but when they understand it is when they will do and receive.
That second hearing is understanding and we must seek to understand the righteousness of God.
Matthew 6:33 says to seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness...
His righteousness is through Christ and no other way.
For Moses described the righteousness which is of the law, THAT THE MAN WHICH DOETH THOSE THINGS SHALL LIVE BY THEM.
Romans 10:5
You can go right ahead and try that one if you want to, I'm rolling with Jesus.
Romans 10:4 says, For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone that believeth.That believes what?
That God has raised Christ from the dead and that Jesus Christ is the payment for our sin.
That Jesus is the balm for our wounded souls.
And those who believe this shall live by this.
Christ Jesus is the author and the finisher of our faith, the covenant between us and The Father.
This is God stretching forth His hand to those who don't know.
Saying that it was Christ who bare our sins in His body on the tree, that we being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: BY WHOSE STRIPES YE WERE HEALED.
Christ is that righteousness, the one who knew no sin, by which we were healed.
In order to receive righteousness we receive Christ and His finished work on that cross.
But being ignorant of God's righteousness people will go about to try and establish their own righteousness and their own doctrines, meaning that they have not submitted them selves unto the righteousness and teaching of God.
If we haven't submitted to God's teaching then we are not able to resist the devil and he flees.
Are you thinking up reasons why you are being cursed, punished or attacked with illness, and allowing others to speak cursing into your thinking?
Stop it.
John 10:10 covers it.
Don't get it twisted if you are abusing your body with drugs, alcohol, gluttonous, sloppy, and prideful living you want to pray and repent because your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost.
Whatever is ailing you these Words are hear to destroy it and build you up.
