MAKING HIM KNOWN

THANK YOU FATHER.

I lift up my eyes to the hills where my help comes from.
My help comes from the LORD,
The Maker of heaven and earth.

He will not let our foot slip
He who watches over you will not slumber nor sleep.

The LORD watches over you.
The LORD is the shade over your right hand;
the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.

The LORD will keep you from all harm
He will watch over your life;
The LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forever more.

That is a Psalm 121 of David and it is something that I want my family to know about The God I serve.

Forever more means forever more.
You will hear men say that salvation is not eternal and that it is dependant on your faithfulness.

It is dependant on your faithfulness.
On your faithfulness to believe that God will not remove His hand from your life.

If you have received Jesus as your LORD and Saviour He prayed a prayer for you to the Father in John 17, and this is it paraphrased.

He prayed for those He called disciples and disciples are students and followers of Christ, not men.

The Lord said,
I have revealed to you those whom You gave me out of the world.
They were Yours; You gave them to Me and they have obeyed Your Word.
Now they know that everything You have given Me comes from You, For I gave them the Words that You gave to Me and they accepted them.

They knew with certainty that I came from You, and they believed that You sent Me...
All I have is Yours, and all You have is Mine...
Holy Father protect them by the Power of Your Name, The Name You gave Me so that they may be one as We are One...

Sanctify them by the truth of Your Word...

My prayer is not for them alone, I pray also for them who will believe in Me through their message, that all of them may be one Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You.

The main message is that we agree to believe that Jesus Christ was sent by God The Father and Creator of heaven man and earth.

He says,
Righteous Father, though the world does not know You, I know You, and they know that You have sent Me.
I have made You known to them, and will continue to make YOU known to them in order that the love You have for Me may be in them and that I Myself may be In them.

LISTEN
To know Him is to love Him and when we receive Him for who He is and understand this our choices change.

We don't walk after His Spirit in obedience to try and pay Him back.

WE COULD NEVER PAY GOD BACK FOR THE PRICE THAT HE PAID FOR US!

We love Him and we follow after the leading and guiding of The Spirit because we understand that He first loved us and that In His Son we are secure and complete.

Our faith and obedience is birthed out of security.
A sure thing, not an if Jesus is LORD, He is.

Now what I am going to do is make Him known and then you will have the ability to choose, I won't have to make you choose or guilt you into choosing.
You will see Him for who He is.
Then the measure of faith that God has placed in every man will draw you to choose Him.

You will choose Him over sin.

You will choose Him over money.

You will choose Him over fame.

You will choose Him over popularity.

You will choose Him over pride.

YOU WILL CHOOSE HIM!

GLORY TO GOD!

And when He comes to reside in you and you in Him He begins a work in you.
And I am confident that He who began that good work in you, is able and will perfect that work until the day of Christ Jesus.

The LORD prayed for Peter that his faith would not fail.
Peter did what God told him to do.

The LORD Jesus prayed for us in John 17 and guess what?
