THE HONEST TO GOD TRUTH

THANK YOU FATHER.

I thank God for His Son and His Spirit.

A question for Christian's.

Do you believe that the only areas that we have failed the LORD is in demonstrating God's Will for marriage, family and life inside the womb?

Do you really and truly believe that those are the only areas where the people who want to be known as disciples have missed it?

Do you believe that these are the only areas where we need to repent as a body?
Really?

Is it that we don't have enough leaders, teams or churches?
Really?
Is it the enemies fault?
Is it that we have failed at keeping the 10 commandments at the forefront of our society?

Is it because we allowed prayer to be taken out of schools?

I don't believe that because that would be like giving the schools the responsibility of nurturing our children in the admonition of the LORD, when God gave that responsibility to us.
He didn't give it to the schools.

It's so funny how selective we are as Christian's as to what we want the government to get involved with.
We take demands to them to enforce laws that we want but we are extremely protective over what we will allow them to oversee, don't ask what we do with that cash.
The government that so many of us proclaim to honor.

What is it that we have not kept before our own eyes?
Something that we want to put before everyone else.
Because the harvest truly is plenteous but the labourers are few.

Or is it that the labourers are many but the reapers are few?

So why do the people stumble?

Is it because they won't hear the Word.
How come they won't hear the Word?
Is the devil too strong for the Power of The Holy Ghost?

Heavens NO!

What is it?
Something else is being proclaimed.

We are to proclaim the excellencies of Him who called us out of darkness into His marvelous light.

When The Word teaches us to think on whatsoever things that are true, honest, just, pure, lovely, of good report, virtuous and praise worthy, it's speaking about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This isn't speaking about rose petals and diamond rings.
The excellence of The authority of Christ Jesus and His Spirit.
The Everlasting Light.

The prophet Isaiah spoke of Christ, The Everlasting light to come and was quoted by our LORD in Luke 4:18.
Isaiah spoke saying:

The Spirit of The Lord GOD is upon Me (Christ); because The LORD has anointed Me(Christ) to preach good tidings unto the meek; He has sent Me(Christ) to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;
To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn...

After the LORD was tempted of the devil and overcame the power of temptation He went on to preach in Nazareth where He had been raised and as the custom had always been The LORD went into the synagogue on the sabbath and stood up to read.
The book of the prophet Isaiah was given to Him, and He opened the book to the place where it was written:

The Spirit of The LORD is upon Me (Christ), because He has anointed Me(Christ) to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent me(Christ) to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised.
To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
The acceptable year being; now is the time that the door is opened for all men to come.

He closed the book, sat down, they looked at Him and The LORD said,
This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

It's God The Fathers divine power and the knowledge of Christ Jesus that calls us to glory and virtue.

Jesus said that He was sent to preach The kingdom.
To proclaim liberty, not to bind men, not to enslave men, not to steal from men, not to condemn men but to set men at liberty.

You may be someone who is bound in whatever, it may be your sexuality, it may be immoral acts, it may be drugs, it may be lying, stealing, idolatry and ego, infidelity, it may be promiscuity, it may be ignorance, lack of knowledge, it may be guilt, it may be low self esteem, it may be fear, it may be loss, it may be lack of hope and faith, it may be you are being dominated by something or someone.

I'm not here to judge you but to teach you.

Jesus Christ came to break that chain.

If you want that chain broken God can break it off for good if you seek His precepts.
Psalm 119:45

Where we have failed as Christians is that instead of taking Christ to people and what He has done is we have taken a set of rules to the people, rules that we fail to keep our selves.

We don't keep our body under because we retaliate in tirades.
We stand picketing against men instead of sharing Christ.
Our leader's accuse the brethren falsely for fear of exposure rather than repent and turn to God.
Yet we preach that other's should repent.

We allow the devil to lead our actions using our own freedom In Christ as a mask for maliciousness.
Failing to stand firm in the true liberty that Christ provided for us.
He didn't forgive us so that we could condemn other men.

We were forgiven so that we would place all of our trust in The Power of His Spirit.
That the same righteousness that was fulfilled in Him Through the Spirit might be fulfilled in us because our faith is in That Same Spirit.

But we continue to teach people to rely on them selves and other people and not on Christ, His Word and His Spirit.

If the same Spirit of God dwells in you that raised Christ from the dead He will bear witness with your Spirit that you are who you are supposed to be.

No fear here, not born with that spirit.
No loss of self esteem here, not born with that spirit.
No desire to be someone else other than who I am, not born with that spirit.
No greed and pride here, not born with that spirit.
No lust here, not born with that spirit.
No desire to kill, steal or destroy here.

Why?
Because I have been born again and filled with The Holy Spirit of God.

Religious freedom.
Not who the evangelist's sets free.

Who the Son sets free is free in deed.

PREACH CHRIST.

He is powerful enough to save.
