"THE LEADER"

THANK YOU FATHER.

What have you put your hope in?

I know many may answer, " I have placed my hope in Jesus!"

The truth is, whatever you have placed your hope in is what you follow.

Some people follow race horses.

If Christ Jesus is our LORD and our Saviour and our Teacher and Master then it's Him that we respect and honor above all things.

It's Christ that we look to for guidance.

It's Christ who we attribute our success to.

It's Christ Jesus who we consider worthy of the highest regard and esteem.

Listen and understand what is being written on this page.

The Holy Bible teaches us to revere the LORD our God, to walk in His ways and love Him, and to serve Him with all of our heart and all of our emotions, and all of our judgements and choices.

To keep what God has said at the forefront of our living.

In the beginning The first woman in error made a choice to believe what was predicted to her by something else other than what the Father had already said.

Study Genesis 3:1-6
She and her husband allowed their "fortunes and future" to be dictated to them by someone other than their creator.
It's like they woke up in the morning and read a horoscope or listened to some nut who didn't have their best interest at heart.

But you say, "Oh Lolita it's just fun, no harm, what's the deal with you and the zodiac and horoscopes?"
Listen and understand.
What Adam and Eve did was they allowed another concept of what success/ abundant life is and how to achieve it to come into their sight and into their site.

God had already told them that He had equipped them, so if God has equipped man why does he need to look to anything else other than God to make them wise?

The danger in looking to any other entity outside of God, be it horoscopes, mediums, professed prophets, soothsayers is that anything that will lead you to make a decision or move forward based in believing anything other than what God has already established as truth will cause you to fall.

That is what happened to the first family.
Listen and understand.
The Bible teaches the children of God to lean not to their own understanding but in everything acknowledge Him and He will direct their path.

So this tells me that we don't allow other people to direct our path, that God's Word is the lamp unto our feet and the light unto our path.
Rightly divided and in it's proper context of course :)

God's wisdom teaches us to consult God because God is more worthy of honor than men, God is Sovereign.

Men have a place and a purpose, but their place and their purpose is not to be God but to reflect God in their actions and decision making.

And the way to do that is to Listen to God and be lead of Him.

I know that I don't have to frighten you or threaten you if the Holy Spirit is working to teach the truth to you.
So I rely on The Holy Spirit to reveal these truth's to you this day.
Amen.

The Proverbs teach that when wisdom enters into your own heart, and knowledge is pleasant to your soul; discretion will be what preserves you.
And that knowledge is the knowledge of God and His Will.

But if you are someone who doesn't want to learn of God, the Bible predicts what your life will be like.
I don't know if you will seek out to see what happens in the life of men who harden their hearts towards the truth of God but you can probably look around you and see the result in your own family or neighborhood.

You might not like it but it's truth.
We have all experienced things in our lives that we know could have been different if our choices would have been in line with God's Will for our lives.

We can change that at any moment.
The Father sits waiting for us to turn to Him.

The discretion that the wisdom of God provides is what delivers us from the evil men or women who speak froward things, these are people who have turned from the Word of God and whose ways are crooked.

Because people who think like this reverence and respect their own opinion and however they can twist a phrase more than they respect truth.
Their ego is their God.
The wisdom of God will deliver you from the strange woman or man who flatters with their mouth.

False prophets offering you something other than truth.

There is a difference between genuine encouragement and manipulation and things like horoscope's are a form of using manipulation to lead.

That's all a horoscope does is flatter you and every other zodiac sign in the group with the same basic information it's just re-worded.

Telling you to keep up the good work, stay in shape, be cautious in love, etc...

You might think, "Well it's all positive where is the harm in that?"
The harm is that it is not coming from God and it's deceptive at it's core when it's presented as tailored for the individuals and it's general in it's true delivery.

They never expect you to have enough since to read all of them and compare them, they rely on lazy, gullible, people that they can direct.

The problem with taking a tiny step towards something other than God is that you open a door to a wide array of deception in your life, something that simply makes you feel good is not necessarily good for you.

Because now you have put your self in a place of denying Christ.
You are saying that His Word and His promises aren't enough so you have to turn to something else for help.
That may sound too serious or too spiritual to some but it's true.

The LORD isn't like some weak boyfriend, He is GOD and HE is FAITHFUL!

We can't turn from what The One we profess as Saviour and then claim to be of Him and In Him.
If we deny Christ before men then we will be denied by Him before The Father.

Understand this, no prophet, no astrologist, or palm reader got up on that cross for us.

Integrity and Truth is in His Word only, Jesus came with grace and truth and all authority and power is in His hands.
None have the power aside from Him to see into your future or predict the outcome for your day or your life.

And any who believe that they do would do good to try and consider the next 24 hours of their own.

There are many books, articles, tapes, Cd's, classes, seminar's and many self help tools established by great godly men and women, but none of them are infallible.
The only Word that is infallible is the Word of God.

It is imperative for any who profess to be In Christ to know Him above all so that everything else can be examined though what He has established.

Listen and understand.
That when a man or woman rejects The God of their Salvation by choosing to follow the advice of something or someone else, there will come a day when they may end up relying on what they chose to save them.

My question is this, what do you really believe will save you?
Is it your relationship with a certain person?
Is it your own influence?
Is it your parents?
Is it your education?
Is it your own personal following?

Because when we wrap our minds around all of these other philosophies we turn our selves from our Father.
The only one with the ability to forgive a man of their sins or cast a man into hell is God The Father.

The Lord sets before those who keep His Word and who do not deny His Name/Authority an open door that no man can shut.
Revelation 3:8,10
To keep His Name is to exalt His authority over our decisions and that means that, we follow Him as our guide and leader.

You hear folks quote Psalm 23 often believing that it's just a prayer of protection, when it's a profession of reverence and respect for THE LEADER of righteous men and women.

The LORD is my shepherd! Guide, Leader, Provider, Protector.

He teaches me to lay down in green pastures.

He leads me beside the still waters.
He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His Name/ Authority sake.
Why?
Because The LORD is our leader.

You will always hear me ask, What did Jesus say?
Because if you have listened to Jesus you have listened to The Father.
That wraps up Deuteronomy 10:12-22, Deuteronomy 11:1-32

Christ came to fulfill all of what was said to Israel.
If you can't hear Christ, you can't hear God.

Isaiah 49:7-10

If He is your LORD you need to know Him.
